Lovely, and interesting home! The decor is eclectic and indicative of a life well-traveled, as well as also a warm and cozy family home.Our large family, which is spread from coast to coast, thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We all gathered for a wedding at The Flying Horse Golf Club at sunset. It was a wonderful long weekend!!!

We enjoyed our stay so much! It was the perfect location for us to be so we could attend the Rare Air Invitational at the Air Force Academy. By staying at this property we were able to form new bonds and strengthen old ones. I highly recommend this property. There were 9 adults that stayed at the property and we had more than enough room

We rented this home for parents weekend. No hassle, fully equipped. There were even 3 keurigs available with a wonderful coffee selection and bottle water to get you started. It was truly a home to relax and enjoy the family. We have rented many properties for our family and this was by far the best. I should also mention the cleanest home too. There outdoor seating with a fire pit also.

Beautiful home - GREAT LOCATION - Wonderful owners

We just got back from three nights in the Springs and loved every minute we spent at this lovely home. The owner was so kind he brought a pack-n-play at nine o'clock at night!!!! The home is very well stocked, even k kups! There was plenty of room for our three children, their spouses and grandkids. Every couple had its own bathroom. The kids really enjoyed the air hockey and ping pong. I highly recommend this property. We have been renting vacation homes with VRBO for years and this home is one of the nicest we have ever stayed at.

Property was presented very well.

WiFi password had not been updated in the book. Nothing would work, so we had to call. No instructions as to where the alarm pad is located in the house, so when we first entered the house the alarm went off and we had to go look for the pad. No specific instructions as to how to set the alarm pad when you leave through the front door. Main floor bathroom floor was dirty.

Beautiful Home, Needs Work on the Management

I rented this lovely 5BR home for a staycation/birthday weekend in the Springs. Its beautifully appointed, and incredibly roomy. However, the amenities left some things to be desired. The propane grill was left without fuel (and the 'spare' canister was empty too). We were planning to start with an afternoon BBQ but ended up spending an hour or two playing phone tag with the management to get assistance with the propane and instructions on the details of the home. They did include an instruction book but it basically covered the wifi and security - nothing about how to use the many many electronics hooked up to the tv, how to work the fireplaces, or any other home details that are normally included in this type of rental. While they were adamant about not wearing shoes in the home, the quality of the "included" cleaning service was highly questionable. The first night one our guests found a soiled pair of panties rolled between the sheets of her bed. I was told by management that they checked with the cleaning company and were told everything had been laundered and thanked me for pointing it out. Full stop. No discount on the rental for an unclean home. Needless to say we were all paranoid for the remainder of the weekend as to what else we might discover that was dirty. Overall, we did enjoy the space but were very disappointed in the management.

My whole family stayed at this fantastic place for 4 nights. Everything was great and very comfortable. All rooms had complete set of furniture and excellent decor. The Massage chairs, Ping-Pong and Hockey tables kept our family busy having fun. The host responded and attended to some minor details very promptly. We highly recommend this home

Wonderful accomodations

We had a wonderful stay at an extraordinarily beautiful place! Although the pictures do their best it is hard to do this incredible place Justice! No detail has been spared in this amazingly beautiful Italian Renaissance decorated home! It was absolutely gorgeous and we enjoyed our stay with the very roomy accommodations and the luxurious amenities. We highly recommend and would love to stay again when we are next in Colorado Springs!

Another Great Labor Day Stay

We love this home away from home. This was our 5th stay at the home and I think everytime was a little better than the next. The house is always so welcoming and clean when we arrive. The location is amazing. We may have to just come back to Colorado Springs to stay in our 'home away from home.'

Large, high end property in CO Springs

We had 8 people spread across the 3 floors of the home, for a week long vacation. The basement area had a pool / ping pong table, air hockey table, and a nice home gym. Lots of great restaurants nearby, and the surrounding retail area is rapidly being built. Most of the touristy spots are a 15-25 minute drive, but traffic was never a big problem (rush hour adds 15 minutes to the commute, not unbearable). The host was highly responsive and helpful. Highly recommended.

Colorado Weekend with Friends

My husband and I and 6 of our friends rented this house for a quick weekend getaway. We didn't want to leave! The house was some warm and inviting. It's like spending the weekend in your own home. There's no "rental home" feeling to this place at all, which is nice. There's no pictures of the outdoor area so I was pleasantly surprised when we got there and there's was a beautiful deck with plenty of seating for everyone and a propane fire pit in the middle. We spent a lot of time outside. We did bring the dogs and they loved it too. Plenty of room for them to run around and the neighbors were all great to them. The Labradoodle next door is Oliver. Oliver learned to jump the fence to come visit our dogs so we unofficially adopted him for the weekend and let him play with the dogs. The neighborhood is a great location to everything we wanted to do and it was always nice after a long day of exploring and having fun to come "home" and relax with plenty of space for all of us. The kitchen is well stocked and we didn't need for anything while we were there. The owner was great with communication and quick to answer all my questions. I would definitely recommend this property if you're heading to Colorado Springs!

Great vacation home!

The house is more beautiful than the pictures and is in a great location. My family of 6 stayed a full week and had plenty of space, comfortable beds and fun amenities. My only suggestions would be to update the porch furniture for such an upscale home the ripped chair cushions were a let down and for those of us not super tech advanced instructions for the surround sound and other electronics would have been helpful. Would recommend this property to anyone traveling to the Colorado Springs area and will stay there again if we get the opportunity!

Not quite what we expected

the stay at the property was uneventful, and I mean that in a good way. Here are some things to consider before staying here: -you are in the middle of a subdivision so you really don't get a view or feel secluded in anyway. This was not promised in the description, so this is not the fault of the owners, I just would have preferred to know that upfront. As far as the house itself: - there was no keypad to open the garage door so we had to enter thru the front door and then sprint thru an unfamiliar house to try to find the alarm panel to disarm the alarm. - we were asked to remove our shoes because of how nice and white the carpeting was - it didn't look that pretty and it was very rough (felt like it needed a deep clean) - we were asked to park in the garage - the SUV we rented was too long to park in the garage so we had to park on the street - there were numerous personal items in the home: family pictures, stuffed animals, etc that made it feel as if we were staying in someone's home while they stayed elsewhere; this was the first time I've experienced this feeling while renting homes and it was definitely a bit uncomfortable - the exercise room was not usable - there were no windows in there and the light didn't work, so we couldn't enjoy it. Also, its more like a closet with far too much equipment in there and it felt claustrophobic. I was really bummed about this as I was trying to stay active on my vacation and i would have preferred a hotel gym. - the ad says there are 2 king beds and that is true, but one of them does not have a private bathroom. this was an issue for our family as we had a large group with two sets of parents who were looking for "equal" accommodations for both sets of parents. - the ad says there is a chauffeur - i have no idea how that is supposed to work as we never saw anyone. We didn't need one, but its just the point that if I had, i wouldn't have known how to secure it. - we never received an email with directions how to get into the home prior to being on our way there. I had to call for directions. - the luxury mentioned is clearly subjective. The home felt very crowded, too much furniture and not our taste. the p -some things in the home made us uncomfortable - the blacklight mounted above the (master) bed for example -the garage door kept opening by itself. i contacted the owners and just received a thank you but no explanation. -everything seemed clean in the home; supplies were adequate

The Air Force Academy is only 3 miles from the home.
Starbucks at Interquest (3 minutes away)
The Promenade Shops at Briargate, (6 minutes) containing many more restaurants and shops, including Starbucks at 1605 Briargate Parkway, (6 minutes); and
New Life Church, which holds the largest membership in Colorado, is 3 minutes from this property.
The new Centura - Penrose Orthopedic Hospital, at the SE side of I-25 & Interquest, completed in the summer of 2023, is just 2.5 miles from the property.
