The space • One level floorplan • 2 Bedrooms / 2 Bath (2 Full) / 1,097 square feet • High Speed Internet • Park Place Condominiums – 4 O'clock Area • Access to Slopes / Shuttle / Main Street: • Slopes – 0.3 mile walk to Snowflake lift • Shuttle – 0.1 mile on Park Avenue • Main Street – 0.2 mile • Dining Capacity: 6 – dining area table, 2 – kitchen counter • Living Room – Flat screen TV & DVD player. • Gas fireplace located in the living room • Outdoor Patio with seating • Laundry – Full size washer & dryer located in the first bathroom
First Bedroom: • Queen-size bed • Twin bunk beds • Flat screen TV • Attached bath with sink area, separate are with toilet and shower/tub combo.
Second Bedroom: • 1 Queen-size bed • Twin bunk beds • Flat screen TV • Attached bath with sink area, separate are with toilet and shower/tub combo.

Building Amenities: • Common Area – Two outdoor hot tubs open year round • Ski Locker – Located outside the front door of property • Outdoor parking, 1 spot provided, covered or uncovered options. Additional or oversized vehicles that are unable to park in a standard parking spot must park at the Airport Road or Ice Rink overnight pay lots. More information can be found at BreckPark.
Location: • One block from Main Street and plentiful shopping and restaurants • About 2 blocks to the Quicksilver Lift/ Base of Peak 9* • 1/2 block from the bottom of 4 O'Clock Run. At the end of the day take 4 O'Clock Run all the way down to the bottom and walk 1 block back to the building (snow dependent). • Bus stop located across and just down the street. Bus routes continue to the Breck Connect gondola and the Breckenridge Transfer Station with other bus options to continue to Keystone, Frisco or Copper Mountain. *Please note that Peak 9 may be closed early and/or late season.
Upper Village Pool Clubhouse: • Heated outdoor pool • 1 Indoor hot tub • 2 Outdoor hot tubs • Open noon-8pm • This clubhouse is open seasonally and has the following CLOSURE dates: - Fall Maintenance 2026: Approximately the end of September to end of October or mid November - Spring Maintenance 2027: Approximately mid April to the Friday of Memorial Day weekend. *This clubhouse is not on-site and is located approximately 1 block away at 450 Village Rd. There is a path behind the complex that goes directly to the clubhouse. Parking on-site at the clubhouse is limited.
Provided Items: • The kitchen is fully stocked with all essentials. We also provide complimentary salt and pepper, coffee and tea, paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, hand soap, dishwasher detergent, kitchen towels, and a sponge. • The bathroom is fully stocked with necessities as well as hairdryers and full size hand soap/conditioner/shampoo/body wash. Laundry detergent is supplied for the washer and dryer. • There is a pack n play crib available in this property. Pack n play sheets are not provided. • Hot tub towels are provided.

Our housekeepers will take care of everything. Loading and starting the dishwasher is helpful, but not required. • We are local, responsive and have over 20 years of property management experience. • Well-stocked properties with quality items.
Other things to note » The minimum age to rent is 23. » Maximum occupancy (8) cannot be exceeded at any time. » There is a $25 fee to return lost and found items, in addition to any shipping charges. » There is the potential to snow October-May so cars with proper snow tires and 4WD/AWD are required during this time. » Property mountain access details and ski in/ski out (if applicable) designations are dependent on open lifts and runs. Guests are responsible for being aware of the Breckenridge Ski Area lift and terrain statuses. » This house is located at an elevation of approximately 9,600ft. More information can be found on the CDC site regarding visiting high altitudes. » There is no air conditioning and most properties in the area do not have it due to the mild summer weather and the fact that it cools down significantly at night. » Summit County has strict Short Term Rental rules and regulations that must be followed. Please refer to the Good Neighbor Guidelines posted in the unit on what is required from renters. » Guests have the ability to park up to one car in the outdoor parking area. » Weather in the mountains can be unpredictable, and travel disruptions may occur. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance, as we are unable to offer refunds for cancellations or interruptions due to circumstances beyond our control.

We had a great stay! The location is super... a short walk to Main Street. The unit is comfortable and clean... nicely decorated. Everything was in good working condition. Easy arrival and departure with good communication from Jesse. We would stay again.

Great Rental
We had a wonderful week in Breck. It’s our third trip here and this has been the best rental to date. Very clean and comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked. Listed accurately. Would definitely rent again.

Awesome stay at Breck!
Recently completed a five night stay at this property in Breck. Location was perfect… right off Park Avenue, very close to shuttle stops, 1 minute drive or 4-5 min walk to Main Street. You also have the option to ski home, just need to take the 4 O’Clock Run all the way down to the end and simply cross 4 O’Clock Rd. As for the property, it was absolutely as described. Super clean. Beds were comfortable. The in-unit washer and dryer were super helpful. Kitchen well stocked with various wares (pans, mugs, plates, utensils, etc.). The unit is a first floor unit. Obviously very convenient for coming and going (minimal stairs!). Might catch some noise from the neighbor upstairs though.We had some questions here and there, and all of our questions/concerns were answered immediately. Communication was prompt!Thank you for a wonderful stay at Breck!!

Lovely condo, free nearby parking outside and stellar location. The fully stocked condo itself was spacious, clean and modern. I stay in Breck a few times a year and would absolutely come back to this lodging when the price is right.
