This property was absolutely beautiful! Well stocked, very clean, and close to everything. The pool, hot tub, and game room were all well used by our family and just as described. We will definitely come back to these properties next year! Thank you for having such an incredible place for families to stay!

We really enjoyed this cabin. It was in a good location and the area was quiet. Cabin was nice and clean and had a very good layout.

The cabin was really nice and clean. Family enjoyed pool and jacuzzi. I would definitely stay again.

Overall, we had a great experience. We had a couple of maintenance issues - one the pool had green stuff floating in it and they sent someone the same day to correct. They found a ball stuck in the system and the pieces were coming from it. They handled it quickly. The other issue was the hot tub wasn't getting hot. We called in the evening and the following morning they sent maintenance to check on it. By the time they arrived it was hot but the maintenance technician checked everything while he was there just in case there was something else wrong . Oh, we had a smoke detector battery die and they sent someone quickly to address it. The management team was very responsive and made the stay very enjoyable. The cabin was clean

Some problems

1.-The water in the pool was cold. 2.-Part of the kitchen was not electricity for 24 hrs. I'm not electrician and the office tell me "The breaker box is on the right side of the house outside. Everything is labeled. "

Would not stay with the host again

The cabin had great potential but issues and the management company ruined it. When we arrived the basketballs all had holes in them, the basketball game's batteries were dead, and the pool was no up to temperature. We noticed water leaking out of the pool pump room. The pool pump then stopped running and the heater stopped. Contacted the management company and they sent a general maintenance worker the next day. He was very nice but confirmed the pump was bad and the management company could not get a pool repair company until the following day. The pool repair company came out and was there 4 hour were we could not use the game room and could not leave. The pool then took 5-8 hours to warm back up. We had a properly functioning pool for 1 out of 4 days of our stay and the company only offered 139 in compensation. I called and got an additional 100 which I believe is still unacceptable. The refund should have been based on a cabin with pool and without a pool and a much larger refund.

Upon receiving your report on check in day, we immediately dispatched our property manager to assess the situation with the pump and the pool. A pool technician was scheduled and completed necessary repairs the following day. While the issue was addressed as quickly as possible, we understand the delay impacted your plans. Compensation was offered based on the time the amenity was unavailable. It was our pleasure hosting you! We hope for the chance to host you again in the future.

We recently stayed at Bear Plunge Cabin and had mixed feelings about our visit. The cabin itself is in a great location, is very cute, and has a lot of potential. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the property significantly impacted our experience.Upon arrival, we found hair and lint throughout the bedding, so we ended up washing all of the sheets ourselves before we could settle in. The floors were also extremely dirty, and there were no washcloths provided. Midway through our stay, the upstairs air conditioning stopped working. While attempting to troubleshoot it myself, I found the condensate pump wasn’t operating correctly, leaving water around the unit. I also discovered the HVAC filter was incredibly dirty, which was disappointing to see.It’s clear this cabin could be a wonderful place to stay, but it needs much more attention to cleaning and routine maintenance. A clean, well-maintained property makes all the difference in a guest’s experience.While we appreciated the location and the charm of the cabin, we would not stay here again due to the cleanliness and maintenance issues. I hope the host takes these concerns seriously, as they are very fixable and would greatly improve future guests’ experiences.
