THE SPACE

- 3 rooms w/ king sized beds designed for comfort and convenience
- 2 Bedrooms are located downstairs for easy access
- Primary bedroom (upstairs) has a king size bed & built-in bunk beds, ideal for kids or friends traveling together.
- Each room has its own TV (with Roku for streaming—no cable).
- Pack 'n Play provided to make sure even the littlest ones have a cozy spot to sleep.

GUEST ACCESS

AIRPORT: McGhee Tyson Airport in Knoxville is a 50 minute drive to our cabin and is the recommended airport to fly into if you’re coming to the Smokies.

ACCESS: The front door is equipped with an electronic keypad. You will get a personalized door code two days before check-in, no need to meet anyone for keys. Enjoy the entire place to yourself.

ROADS: The road is paved all the way from the main road to the cabin, including the private paved driveway.

PRIVATE PARKING: Park immediately in front of the cabin. Parking is available for 2 cars.

📌 GOOD TO KNOW

AGE: All guests must be 18+ with the exception of children with their parents.

OCCUPANCY: 8 Person Maximum. If you bring more people then accounted for on your reservation, we will charge you $100 per person over said number. Exceeding the maximum permitted occupancy can result in many issues, including a fine by local authorities for not adhering to fire safety laws.

SECURITY CAMERA: There are security cameras that record audio and video on the front porch and back patio in place for your protection. If you touch or tamper with the cameras, you will be asked to leave the property immediately. This is for your protection.

PETS: We know pets are family too! Your furry friends are welcome here. Please note a small pet fee applies to help us keep the space clean and comfortable for all guests.

Please note: Guests are allowed 2 dogs max. Must be potty trained. 48" kennel, dog bowls and couch/bed covers are provided. If any additional items for your dog(s) are required, please ensure you bring them with you for your stay. Dogs must NOT be left unattended on the premises unless secured in a dog crate. Note that dogs should remain on-leash outdoors as the area surrounding the cabin is NOT yet fenced.

SMOKING: This is a NON-SMOKING/VAPING cabin.

WEATHER: No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/other things that are beyond our control. HIGHLY RECOMMEND PURCHASING TRAVEL INSURANCE.

HOT TUB: The hot tub is for guests 25 and over only. Alcohol and glassware are NOT allowed near the hot tub. You are not allowed to use the hot tub if you have consumed alcohol or if you are pregnant. Do not dive headfirst into the hot tub. Use the hot tub AT YOUR OWN RISK!

TRASH: Please dump liquids into the sink and not into trash bags. Place all trash into trash bags and secure trash bags in the bear-proof trash containers on the side of the back patio. ALL OVERFLOW TRASH TO BE LEFT IN THE HOUSE BY THE BACKDOOR.

CRITTERS: We subscribe to monthly pest control, however this cabin is in the wilderness, and with that comes bugs and other wild animals, including bears. Please practice bear safety. Remember to keep your doors locked, throw trash in the bear-proof containers, don't feed or try to approach a bear, and DONT LEAVE ANY FOOD OUTDOORS, including on the grill nor in your car.

CHECK IN/OUT: Check-in at 4:00 PM. Check-out at 10:00 AM. We do not offer early check-in nor late check-out. We do not allow check-ins nor check-outs on holidays.
