Fish, dive, snorkel or just relax at the Cabana Club with 65ft. oceanside pool ,jacuzzi and private beach. Walk,golf ( rental clubs available at par 3 course 2 blocks away)and tennis. play Bocce & Pickle board on new courts. Enjoy sporting events or movies on our 43' flat screen tv with full cable & wifi access. Dock a boat outback with 37 ft of deep water dockage. Bait table,hose,electric nearby. Have Keys-style dining at nearby restaurants or gas barbecue on your own arbored patio while fishing from your own dock ,a Free app for phone "Fish Rules " is recommended. Or just relax on lounges under the palms on the arbored patio.

We take pride in our vacation home ,nicely decorated new furniture,recliner chair, 3 flatscreen tvs, immaculate, and comfortable with tile floors throughout, granite countertops,stainless kitchen appliances , extra large living area. and covered parking. Come watch a Florida Keys sunset!!

Tropical Paradise Vacation 🌴

Boater paradise

The cottage was a very nice home on the canal front that had everything you need to make your stay feel like your own vacation home. Shady backyard facing the water, pots & pans for hot breakfast meal and the cabana club had a great pool. Thanks for a great stay.

Canalfront Paradise

Linda's place was a lovely place to spend a week. It was thoughtfully provisioned & tastefully decorated. Everything was clean - plenty of sheets and towels for the family. We would certainly enjoy staying again.

An enjoyable week

The back yard grounds are beautiful. It is very enjoyable to relax on the patio. The house is well furnished to meet our needs for our stay. The beds are comfortable. If we return to the Keys, we would stay here again.

The location was great, comfortable place for 2 couples, lots of room. Great patio overlooking the canal. Kitchen a little outdated but overall very satisfactory. Cabana Club a big bonus! Would come again! Good value for money.

Fantastic

Great property. Very clean and comfortable. Perfect location for boating since close to end of the canal and Vaca cut so shorter time in the no wake zone. The cabana club is really fun too. We definitely recommend this property and will stay here again ourselves.

Best Vacation House!

We had an AMAZING time here. We rented this house for a little over a week and had 6 people total stay with us. We could not have had a better experience. We had plenty of room it was super homie and a great location! Linda, the owner was prompt on answering my questions and had a wealth of knowledge as well. We will definitely be staying here again!

Perfect Waterfront Paradise

Everything was wonderful, the house was perfect for our family. It was great to be able to keep our boat in the water right in front of the door. Close proximity to everything that you could want or need. We will for sure book it again next year!

Great Stay in Key Colony Beach

I stayed at this great place in Key Colony Beach for 4 nights in April 2015, with my boyfriend and 3 of our friends. Wonderful location, has everything you need, and Linda & Neil were a pleasure to deal with. Every evening was spent fishing from the dock in the canal. We will surely look to return to their property.

Just Beautiful

We enjoyed our stay the place is extremely clean, beautiful location. We really enjoyed the outside space which we used a lot. Easy in, easy out. This is our 2 time in Key Colony, really enjoyed the parks that we went to (Curry Hammock) we even did a "tourist dolphin swim. The use of the Cabana Beach club was wonderful. We would rent there again.

Property was a perfect spot for our family. Spent three weeks here. It was clean and modern. Great location as we love KCB. The bikes were wonderful to have Owner was very nice in the conversations we had with her. I would highly recommend.

Key Colony Beach

Location was perfect for us! Beautiful canal to keep the boat right behind the house. Easy access to fishing, snorkeling and exploring. First time staying in Key Colony Beach; we really enjoyed the sunset tradition at Sunset Pointe and dinner at Key Colony Inn! House was perfect size for our family of five and had everything we needed. The owner was very responsive and helpful as well!

This property is everything! The pictures don’t do it justice! We had an amazing time! The property is well equipped and had everything we needed. Linda was amazing at communicating. The cabana club was great as well. Overall great location.

Spring getaway

This property was as described and was perfect for a week long getaway with my 2 sisters. The owner was great answering questions quickly and when she learned we were arriving in the evening offered some refreshments so we would not have to run out to the store that evening. we enjoyed walking from the location and driving to other areas for hikes. The patio was perfect for lounging and enjoying our meals in (including use of the grill). Owners had good ideas for restaurants. Great stay!

Clean, cozy, well appointed, enjoyed Key Colony area

Being on a canal,seeing the boats go out in the a.m. was so nice while having coffee on the patio. The house was tastefully updated and clean. The kitchen ( S.S. & Granite ) & dinning room were were perfect for our needs. Having the use of the Cabana Club with in the community , was the BEST!!!. Loved it ! Some great restaurants in the area as well. The only negative is the 1st bedroom having zero natural light. I suggested some slated blinds to the owner. The a/c in that room was a bit loud and musty but really, this place is great and we plan to return. I am sure they will find a practical solution as the house is charming . Kudos for recovering from last years hurricane! WE enjoyed the area & the house. It was a really great get away. Thank YOU Linda !

On the surface

The property is in a great location and very close to all the shopping you need with easy boat access. There are a few things that need attention from the property manager such as missing slats from the vertical blinds, cleaning under the beds not just around them, the sliding door lock had to be adjusted and tightened, door handle and strike to carport lose and needs tighten, the back porch Christmas lights don't work and should be removed or replaced, back light on wall would work intermittently. May need to clean/cut back foliage don't be surprised to see unwanted varmints running around at dusk. Clean or Replace stained matters before putting on sheets.

Nice Get Away to the Keys!

Absolutely loved being on the canal and enjoying waking up to the beautiful water everyday. The house was perfect for my family of 4! Stocked with pots and pans to cook. A grill to grill which was awesome to use! You will need to get your own spices if cooking (some were there). Decorated so cute! Enough space and privacy for all of us. Close to Sombrero Beach and about an hour drive to Key West. We did the fishing trip with Sea Dog and loved it. Been going to the Keys for 30 years and that was first time fishing. There is no real public beach on Key Colony, but the owners are members of the Cabana Club. We walked in looked around and walked out. It was extremely crowded. So we did our usual Sombrero on most days and sat at the very end where the sunset is just perfect (and it's less crowded). If you take the drive to Key West - Fort Zachary State Park is a great beach! Don't forget to watch the sunset! Great place, quiet, private and over all great stay. Would stay again.
