Bright 3 bedroom, 3 bath oceanfront condo! Direct beach and pool access from private balcony. Fully equipped kitchen makes this space perfect for cooking dinner at home during your stay. New granite counter tops and new cabinetry! Dining area for eight.

Living room offers comfortable furnishings, a flat screen TV with a DVD player, and access to balcony. The master bedroom offers a King bed, recently renovated private full bath with garden tub and walk-in shower, TV with VCR & DVD, and direct access to balcony. First guest room offers 2 twins beds and a TV and shares a full bath with the hall. The second guest room offers a Queen bed and a HGTV and a private full bath.

Access to community pool! WiFi and Linens are included. No Smoking and No Pets.

--LAYOUT--

First Floor:
Parking for 2 cars.
Access to the community pool and beach.
Elevator and stairs access.
*The elevator is back in service, as of 4/29/24. Modernization is complete and it has been inspected by the state.

Second Floor:
Bedroom 1: 2 Twins; shares full bath with hall; TV/VCR.
Bedroom 2: 1 Queen; private full bath; TV.
Bedroom 3: 1 King; private full bath; direct access to balcony; TV/VCR/DVD.
Dining area seats 8; Living Room has flat screen TV with DVD; Balcony has stairs to pool and beach access.

Amenities:
Rentals are stocked with small 'starter packs' that include: toilet paper, trash bags, paper towels, soap, dishwashing soap, and dishwasher detergent.

*This is a Saturday – Saturday rental from 5/31/25 to 8/15/25; 3 night minimum in offseason.*

Great location!

We had a great stay. The condo was clean and in a perfect location. Couch and appliances could use some updating but overall very happy and would recommend.

Bright Lights

We had a great time and enjoyed the property but the 2 bedrooms on the front of the unit need black out curtains or shades. The lights on the landing and the walkway are so bright, we could not sleep. It was daylight in our room all night.

It's showing signs of age, as doors crashing into each other and is in DESPERATE need of updating. Fridge door won't stay open, or it crashes into the pantry door WIDE open. small issues, nothing major. I'd stay there again, if a lot of the little things are fixed, and updating of furniture.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location is likely the best at the beach. Close to everything, steps from balcony right to the pool. Restaurants, bars, coffee all in walking distance. The only negative were the doors. In the kitchen, the fridge door would slam into the wall if you didn't hold it. Most kitchen cabinets did the same. In the master, the closet door wouldn't shut and would open on its own, the bathroom door wouldn't shut because it was warped and jammed into the frame. If it wasn't for that, the place us perfect. Clean, huge, comfortable furniture, great view. It's a really nice playto stay.

Reviewer Comments: Island Realty is great to work with and we love the location of Condo.A couple of suggestions about Condo, it could use new living room furniture for us older people getting up and down from couch. 2nd suggestion is to make instruction sheets for each TV. We spend hours getting them going each time. This last time we had to reconnect every connection on one TV. The kitchen is awesome. The location is perfect! Thanks for allowing us to use this condo on our vacations. We are frequent renters.

A few of the appliances in the rental didn't work/work well and we had to call maintenance, as well as the shower not draining. That said, maintenance was great at being quick and efficient. The pool was pretty cloudy/dirty for about half of our stay, but the beach was amazing!

Please look around for something else.

The island is beautiful, however this unit is not worth the money. Very dirty, whole unit needs repainting. Old appliances. Bulding pool pump directly under unit and vibrates through the unit 24/7. Guest bedrooms are right next to big A/C units and are very noisy. View and beach are pretty!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have rented many units at 1140. We rented 107 for a long weekend. The rental price was higher than some of the other units. Compared to others, it is a bit worn. The kitchen is nice and looks like it was remodeled and was stocked with all the necessary things. The front door does not have a keypad like other units and the key was sometimes a challenge. The bedding and mattresses were worn. There was not any provided shampoo products like in other units. It did have a nice supply of reading material. We would rent another unit next time. Was OK, not our favorite.

Reviewer Comments: Our flight came in early so we had to wait at the Dingy, luckily we were able to get in earlier than expected. Make sure you ask for early checkin. The girl at the front desk was able to check with housekeeping to see if our condo was ready and it was. We were on the 1st floor with good views however we were directly over the pool,luckily this time of year the pool wasn't used much. The beach is beautiful. The views of sunrise and sunset are amazing. IOPizza across the street has excellent pizza! Highly recommend it. We did need to uber into Charleston for sightseeing but if you're ok to have a quiet relaxing week away at the beach this is your place. Excellent girls trip!
