Watch the sunrise from your private balcony in this 1-bedroom oceanfront condo located on the third floor. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and a refrigerator. Now offering both a drip coffee maker and a Keurig that brews with K-Cups or ground coffee using the included reusable filterā€”perfect for every coffee preference! Living room has a queen sofa bed for you to relax and enjoy the ocean view.

*PLEASE NOTE: The Sea Cabins community will be undergoing scheduled roof and HVAC stand replacements from October 20th, 2025 through Spring 2026, with work taking place in phases by building. Each building will be closed to guests during its scheduled work period, so you can rest assured that construction will not occur in the building you are staying in. Minimal noise or disruption is expected, and we appreciate your understanding as these important community improvements are completed.

Great location and beach access. The pool is very nice and well maintained. The condo unit was great. The only minor negative was the wifi access which went down for hours on 2 different days, although it was a shared wifi for the building and not specifically the condo unit, so no blame there. Overall it was a wonderful stay and will look to return, thanks

Unit had little spots like holes and dings that suggest it isn't maintained very well. You get what you pay for here- great location and beach setting.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed in the Sea Cabins several times a year, for close to 30 years. We always LOVE our stay because of the view, proximity to restaurants, and family atmosphere. We also appreciate that there is not a hassle about getting into the units when they are cleaned and ready. This particular time, we had a unique situation (that I won't go into), but needed and asked for some special accommodations. The folks at Island Realty did their best to help us out and we were very thankful for their willingness to adjust. Our friends...for big birthdays, anniversaries etc. tell us to go to Europe. We come to the Sea Cabins instead.

Early Spring stay

Small, clean, nice quaint, close to pier, short walk to main strip and grocery store center of town, States could sleep 4, but recommend that be two adults and small kids. Needs a little work, but a nice retreat. No elevator (if you are carrying luggage up stairs), next to public Park.

Reviewer Comments: It's true that the condo showed some wear-and-tear likely from guests enjoying this absolutely angelic beach view for many years prior to us discovering this gem, BUT none of the "flaws" were given more than a second glance (I'm talking chipped paint here or there - nothing worthy of note). Plus, the entire condo was spotless! The fridge was the cleanest fridge I've ever seen that was actually in use (and not on the sales floor). The balcony has a clear view of the beach which is almost nice enough not to leave the room! But you'll hear the waves and see the tide and next thing you know your toes will be sinking into the sand searching for shells. The private beach access is incredibly convenient - literally a few steps through the parking lot and you're ON THE BEACH! Pool access was even better! Not to mention the people - everyone we met was delightful. This place is clearly a magnet for happiness (or possibly THE reason for said happiness!). For a beach vacation (with a private pier, direct beach access, AND a pool), you absolutely CANNOT beat the price. The condo is walking distance to many places - including several restaurants. You can even hear the live performances at the Windjammer if you're on the balcony or beach. The condo is small but really gives the feel of an old school beach trip. The space is utilized so functionally - particularly with the small bunks in the front hallway. The kitchen was well stocked with anything you'd need to cook your own meals. The sheets and towels provided were clean and cozy. The property description was accurate and it's clearly well-maintained. The management staff was professional and provided great customer service at check-in. Using codes to enter the room was convenient - especially at check-out (we just walked out - no keys to drop or further coordination). Island Realty was recommended by family & we will certainly be doing the same!

Loved the view!!! Everything was close. We visited Charleston, Folly Beach, Angel Oak, Shem Creek..

The property was just perfect for what we needed and we had great weather. Our first few days were in the 70's so we got to Isle Of Palm Beach a few of the days.

There are better options!!

This unit really needs updating! There are big places all over the walls that were just painted over instead of fixed. The furniture was functional, but not great. Overall, everything was ok, but the price for this unit is comparable to other units in the same building that are much nicer.

This unit is not the best option!

This property location is great! The view is awesome! The private pier was great too! Unfortunately, we were greeted with palmetto bugs and roaches! There was hair on the mattresses, holes in the walls, and black mold in the shower! There is no storage and itā€™s very small! I canā€™t imagine having 6 people in this place! I would stay at Sea Cabins again but not in this unit!
