Oceanfront Condo with Private Balcony & Outstanding Ocean Views

Wake up to breathtaking sunrises and sweeping ocean views from the private balcony of this inviting third-floor oceanfront retreat. Thoughtfully designed for a relaxing beach getaway, this one-bedroom condo offers a comfortable living space where you can unwind on the queen sleeper sofa while taking in the beauty of the shoreline. The fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, and everything needed for easy vacation dining, along with both a drip coffee maker and a Keurig that accommodates K-Cups or ground coffee using the included reusable filter. Whether you're enjoying a quiet morning with coffee overlooking the ocean or an evening listening to the waves, this condo provides the perfect setting for a memorable coastal escape.

Roof replacement work on Building B is scheduled to begin November 1 and is expected to last approximately one month. During this time, a portion of the parking lot will be blocked off, and guests may experience construction noise during daytime hours. No construction work is scheduled for weekends. We appreciate your understanding as this necessary improvement is completed.

Sea Cabin Stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were hopeful that the sea cabins would be in the same condition. They were in a few years ago when we rented. They were not. Our unit, along with the entire complex needs significant improvements. The management staff that we spoke with on the phone when we were organizing our stay were excellent.

We understand how disappointing that can be when returning to a property you’ve enjoyed before. Our Sea Cabins units are individually owned and can vary in their level of updates. The unit you selected is considered a Standard condo and is the most budget-friendly level in our program. We also offer Good and Deluxe units, which typically provide more updated furnishings, finishes, and renovations. Based on your feedback, we believe one of those options may be a better fit for a future stay. We’re glad to hear our management team provided excellent service while helping you plan your visit, and we hope you’ll consider giving us another opportunity in a more updated unit.

Beach days were perfect. Swimming pool was nice. Highly recommend.

Great location and beach access. The pool is very nice and well maintained. The condo unit was great. The only minor negative was the wifi access which went down for hours on 2 different days, although it was a shared wifi for the building and not specifically the condo unit, so no blame there. Overall it was a wonderful stay and will look to return, thanks

Loved the view!!! Everything was close. We visited Charleston, Folly Beach, Angel Oak, Shem Creek..

The property was just perfect for what we needed and we had great weather. Our first few days were in the 70's so we got to Isle Of Palm Beach a few of the days.

Early Spring stay

Small, clean, nice quaint, close to pier, short walk to main strip and grocery store center of town, States could sleep 4, but recommend that be two adults and small kids. Needs a little work, but a nice retreat. No elevator (if you are carrying luggage up stairs), next to public Park.

Reviewer Comments: Nice little condo, dated and has been beaten up some .TVs are tiny and WiFi didn't work while we there.Definitely paying for location because the condo is very small- cute, but small. Unit had little spots like holes and dings that suggest it isn't maintained very well. You get what you pay for here- great location and beach setting.

Great panoramic ocean view

It was somewhat outdated compared to others we have stayed in but we don’t spend that much time inside. The kitchen faucet was a little leaky but otherwise worked fine.

There are better options!!

This unit really needs updating! There are big places all over the walls that were just painted over instead of fixed. The furniture was functional, but not great. Overall, everything was ok, but the price for this unit is comparable to other units in the same building that are much nicer.

Not Happy at ALL

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit is a dump. We were not able to cook the overhead exhaust over the stove is filthy. there are cracks and holds on both sides of the walls. When we walked in there was an odor. We were celebrating our 3rd year anniversary what a joke. We stayed at this location before in a beautiful unit only reason we decided to come back.

Sea Cabin 333C

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is the fourth time I've stayed at the Sea Cabins and this was the worst unit that I have stayed at. The unit was dirty, the bed had hair in it and had to change sheets soon as we arrived. There was black long hair all over the floor. My wife had to clean the bathroom and swept the kitchen. The place was out dated and the furniture was old and dirty. I will stay at the Sea Cabins again but not at this unit.

You Get What You Pay For

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed at Sea Cabins for the long Memorial Day weekend. Going in, we knew it was going to be bare bones, but figured for the price, it was exactly what we were looking for. When we arrived, it is exactly what we got. It was a typical older beach front condo residence. Not a problem. As we stayed there though, we found 3 major issues:1) There is a light directly outside the master bedroom window. Even with black-out curtains installed, the light pours in at night. Multiple times I would wake up in the middle of the night (with little kiddos), and think it was 7am, with the sun rising, when in fact it was 2am. Lots of light enters the master bedroom.2) The walls and floor are VERY thin. This was a problem when the condo below us was smoking in their room and on their balcony, and our room above them would suddenly smell like cigarettes :(3) The biggest issue we had was when we came back from the beach at one point, and there was a new pillow in the hallway for us. We were NOT pleased that somebody entered our room while we weren't there. They had our cell#, and should have called and let us know. We would have met them. With them entering our room when we were gone, we had no idea whether they went through our stuff, took anything, etc. (don't think they did, but how do I know?).Overall, this condo is exactly what you pay for. It's older, run down, but will get you a beach front place to sleep. Also on a random note, in the entire condo, there was only 1 spoon....1. No eating cold cereal by more than 1 person at a time!
