Colony Club C12 | Resort Views, Sauna & Jetted Tub

Located in the heart of Killington, Colony Club C12 is a spacious three-bedroom, three-bath vacation home with beautiful views of Killington Resort. Warm up beside the fireplace after a day on the slopes, then unwind in the private sauna or oversized jetted tub.

The top level features two bedrooms, each with a queen bed. A third queen bedroom is on the middle level—an ideal layout for couples traveling together. The lower level includes a bunk bed with trundle, a twin cot, and additional sleeping space on the queen sleeper sofa in the living area.

Killington Golf Course and Green Mountain National Golf Course are only minutes away, while Killington’s restaurants and nightlife are within walking distance.

In winter, enjoy skiing and riding for all levels, along with snowmobiling, tubing, ice skating, and lively après-ski options. Summer brings mountain biking, zip lines, hiking on the Long Trail and Appalachian Trail, kayaking on Kent Pond, river tubing, golf, and nearby attractions including the Coolidge Homestead and Woodstock’s Billings Farm & Museum and Marsh-Billings-Rockefeller National Historical Park.

Please note: This home does not have air conditioning.

Everything was great! Couches are slightly outdated. The condo was clean and neat.

Nice house and location

The house was great, and well-equipped. We found everything we needed after a hiking day (even board games). Great for travelling with family and friends.

Great Location and Space

We really enjoyed out time at the Colony Club C12. The apartment was well laid out and kid friendly, and easy to get to the mountain. The sauna did not work but we were compensated for it. There was plenty of wood for the fire and propane for the grill. The weather was brutally cold (-13F) but the condo stayed warm and pleasant throughout. I would highly recommend this unit to anyone with children for a great Killington experiance.

We are glad that you enjoyed your stay. So sorry about the sauna. I spoke with the owner and they had tried to get the sauna replaced months ago. The electrician never returned their phone calls and the resolution dropped through the cracks. I hope you come back and visit us again sometime.

Great place for new years eve!

Had a great weekend with friends over new years! Lots of space for ten people, great location! We had since issues were with the jacuzzi tub (couldn't seem to get enough hot water to fill it) and the sauna (issues getting it to get truly hot), but wasn't a big issue as we were there such a short time and spent most of the time out!

The Perfect VT Getaway

We had the perfect Vermont getaway in this beautiful cozy home. Plenty of space for our guests with even more firewood to keep us warm. We arrived and the home was very well cleaned and prepared for us . We had a lot of snow during our visit (woo!) and they had a snowplow come take care of the parking lot. The space here was incredible, and we will be returning soon!

Thanks Justin, It is always great to receive a wonderful review. The Killington Group works hard to give our guests the best vacation experience. The snow will continue and there is plenty of skiing in February and March so please come back. Please don't forget that Vermont is a great place to visit in the summer too. We have two fabulous golf courses, awesome mountain biking, the Beast Mountain Coaster, Flying Eagle and many zip lines all over the mountain. Our rates are much cheaper too. Nice house, great location, no problems !

We rented the house with a group of friends and we all agreed that the house is very nice very close to everything and very convenient on top of that the amount of sleeping beds we had worked for us: the company was very easy-going and the house had everything that we needed from the coffee maker to dishwasher to sheets -towels -soap and more I will definitely be coming back! Thank you
