The Space:

This private one-bedroom apartment has one queen bed, one bathroom, a living area, and a full kitchen. It occupies the far-left rear tower building. Interior stairs connect the entry, living/kitchen level, and bedroom/bathroom level.



Guest Access:

The apartment interior is private. Outdoor paths, the property grounds, and basement laundry are shared. Entry uses the Unit 1414 Schlage smart lock and the current reservation credential in the secure guest portal.



The Neighborhood:

Commonly known as “Foodie Row,” the Hawthorne/Buckman District puts you within walking distance of a wide variety of top-notch local flavors, with no chain restaurants in sight! Make new friends over vegan poutine fries and grilled PB&Js at the Cartopia food cart pod, get messy with wings right around the corner at Fire on the Mountain, share a pie at Apizza Scholls (consistently voted Portland’s favorite pizza), or opt for a fancy night out at Castagna—all within a 1.5-mile stretch.



Portland isn't just for foodies; the vibrant indie spirit of Hawthorne is alive with plenty of made-in-Oregon shops and boutiques to explore. Catch a movie at the Bagdad Theater and Pub, a revamped 1920s theater turned view-and-brew venue serving local McMenamins food and microbrews. If bar hopping through neighborhoods isn’t your idea of recreation, head up to Mt. Tabor, a 196-acre city park atop a dormant volcano vent, where you’ll find miles of hiking trails and incredible panoramic views of the city.



Getting Around:

The property is between the Division and Hawthorne corridors, with shops, dining, and transit nearby. Routes, schedules, rideshare waits, parking availability, and airport travel times can change; check live trip information. There is no reserved guest parking—use public curb spaces only where current signs allow it.



Other Things to Note:

Stairs are required after entry and again to reach the bedroom and bathroom. The apartment may not suit guests who need step-free access.



Wi-Fi is shared across the property and performance is not guaranteed. Shared basement laundry is not in the apartment. TV viewing uses guest-owned streaming accounts. Quiet hours are 10 PM–8 AM.
