Welcome to our ideal pool home just 3 miles from the beach! Located in a prime spot, our modern and spacious home offers the perfect blend of comfort and convenience. Relax by the poolside or enjoy some friendly competition in our dedicated game room. Whether you`re soaking up the sun at the nearby beaches or kicking back in our stylish living spaces, your stay with us promises relaxation and enjoyment in equal measure.
~Only 10 guests are permitted to stay overnight. If additional guests come to the property during the day, the property will have no more than 12 people in total capacity at any given period.
~ We are located in a quiet family friendly neighborhood with strict quiet hours from 10pm - 7am.
~ Absolutely NO parties - noise complaints from neighbors will be grounds for cancelling your reservation without refund.
- All occupants shall comply with Section 138-3232(c)(3) (Noise Control) ordinances of Pinellas County
~No pets are permitted.
~ There is no lifeguard on duty. Please do not let your children swim unattended even if they are good swimmers. We’re not liable for any pool related incidents.
~Fire Extinguisher is for emergency use only.
~No smoking inside the house. If you smoke, please do it outside and dispose properly.
~The driveway can fit 2 full size cars and street parking is permitted only directly in front of the house. Do not park in front of the neighbors house.
~All entry doors should remain locked to ensure the safety and security of the property.
~Garbage collection days are Monday and Thursday mornings. Please take the bin to the curb on the night before and bring it back after it was emptied.
~Strictly no tampering with the pool equipments.
~If an outdoor BBQ grill is used, please clean it with the grill cleaning tools found in the kitchen before and after use.
~If Corn hole board games and throwing bags are used please put them back in the patio.
~If Beach chairs are used then they should be cleaned of sand and properly organized and stored back into the garage.
~Sexual offenders and prohibitors are not allowed to occupy the Property.
~Commercial photography and filming is not allowed unless pre-agreed upon by the Host.
~The Host is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or illnesses that may occur on the property by any occupant. Guests acknowledge and assume all risks associated with the stay at the property.
~Guest is responsible for any damage caused to the property during their stay.
Host is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal property of the guest.
~Host is released of any and all liability, claims, demands, and actions, whether direct or indirect, arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, that may be sustained while on the premises.
-For security purposes we have 3 cameras outside of the house to monitor the entrances.
The whole property is available for your stay. You don’t share anything with anyone.
Whether you’re interested or have booked with us you have our full attention. We’ll be available at anytime before, during and after your trip. We’re just a text or a phone call away should you need us for anything.
