Welcome to our Luxury suite, in Hollywood's hottest residential-style resort with beach-inspired amenities, The Hyde Beach House. Choosing this luxurious 1055 sq.ft., 2-Bed/2-Bath contemporary Eurpoean styled unit is the perfect getaway with friends and family. You'll imediately find this unit has absolutely gorgeous ocean view rooms, spacious living and dining area, fully equipped gourmet style kitchen with an open floor concept. Our guest will enjoy a long list of amenities with their stay. You will be able to enjoy the Hollywood Beach, which is just across the street, with 2 beach chairs and 1 umbrella included with your stay.

Kitchen, Dining and Living Area:
The main living space is professionally designed to be tasteful as well as comfortable for your stay., with floor-to-ceiling windows. Enjoy the beauiful ocean view all the way from the kitchen to the living room due to the open floorplan. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you will need for your stay including utensils and even a coffeemaker. The dining area has a table and four chairs. The dining area leads into the living area which has a comfortable queen-sized sleeper soufa along with a Smart TV that is perfect after a long day at the beach.

Master Suite (Oceanview):
The master suite has a king sized bed with hotel-quality ecologically produced bed linens, and beautiful ocean view. The master bathroom includes seperate tub and shower and his and hers vanity. The walk-in closet provides plenty of space to store all your items. This bedroom has flat screen TV and desk, in case you can get away for some work.

Second Bedroom (Oceanview):
The spacious 2nd bedroom has two double size beds with hotel-quality ecologically produced bed linens and beautiful ocean view. This bedroom also has wall-mounted flat screen TV and desk, as well as plenty of closet space.

Second Bathroom:
The second bathroom is just steps away in the hallway with a shower and vanity.

ROOFTOP POOL - Located on the 6th floor, infinity-edge ocean view pool, Jacuzzi, sundeck and private cabanas (included in resort fee).

INTERCOSTAL POOL - Located on the ground floor, infinity-edge intercostal view pool, west side of the building.

FITNESS CENTER - 6th floor, Fully-equipped Fitness Center overlooking the intercostal (included in resort fee).

BEACH ACCESS - The beach service will provide 2 beach chairs and one umbrella (included in resort fee).

Security Deposit is $150 (to be paid at the front desk during check-in using a Credit/Debit card, refundable upon check-out). The Security Deposit is mandatory for all the guests.

EV Charger is available and guest have to pay for it separately.

Only two beach chairs and 1 umbrella included. Extra beach chairs are available on a first come first served basis, consider arriving early to secure them particularly during high season.

Please note that smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property as well as on balconies or backyards and front yards of houses (if applicable). To maintain a smoke-free environment, we enforce a strict no-smoking policy. Any violation of this policy will result in a penalty of $500.
