The house features high ceilings and amazing light from floor-to-ceiling windows. Surrounded by greenery, including fruit trees and gardens, the pool area offers great privacy.

This home has two designated bedrooms with a third room that can serve as an office or a bedroom.
Five people can stay in the home comfortably.

Amenities include:
- Salt water pool and exercise equipment available upon request
- Large flat-screen TVs in the two main bedrooms with Netflix and HBO
- Adjustable beds for added comfort

Guests have access to:
- The whole house
- A private wing with a fridge, dining table, and a shared kitchen


The home is located in a very safe and lovely homeowner's community with a beautiful reservoir for walks. Your pet is welcome with a damage deposit.

The beach is a 15-minute drive and is famous for its quartz crystal white powder sand and gorgeous sunsets. The house is in central Sarasota near Rt 75 and is very easy to access.
