Bedroom 2: Two queen-sized beds, perfect for family or friends.

Bedroom 3: Two queen-sized beds, offering plenty of sleeping space.

Bedroom 4: One king-sized bed and en-suite bathroom.

Open Concept Living Room: Spacious and filled with natural light, featuring a comfortable sofa, smart TV, and stunning mountain views.

Dining Area: Elegant dining table seating 8, perfect for family meals or entertaining guests.

Kitchen: Fully equipped with modern appliances, granite countertops, and a breakfast bar.



Outdoor Space

Pool & Spa: Relax and soak up the sun in your own private oasis with a sparkling pool and hot tub. The pool is 35 feet long and heated to 85 degrees free of charge. The hot tub is heated on demand free of charge, using a remote in the kitchen.

Patio: Outdoor dining area with a BBQ grill, perfect for al fresco meals. One full propane tank is provided.

Covered Lounge Area: Comfortable seating area for relaxing in the shade.

Fire Pit: Cozy up under the stars with a glass of wine by the fire pit. One full propane tank is provided.

Front Patio: Comfortable seating and a fireplace, perfect for escaping windy days.

Game Room

Converted Garage: Equipped with a pool table, workout equipment, smart TV, and lounging area. Perfect for entertainment and fitness.

Guest Access:

Guests have full access to the entire house, including the four bedrooms, three bathrooms, kitchen, living areas, outdoor pool, and patio. Enjoy the private pool, hot tub, and BBQ grill for a relaxing stay. Parking is available with free options on the premises and street.

Located just two miles north of downtown, you're minutes away from the best Palm Springs has to offer. Explore nearby hiking trails, visit the Palm Springs Art Museum, or enjoy shopping and dining in the vibrant downtown area. Golf enthusiasts will love the proximity to world-class golf courses, while festival-goers can easily access the Coachella Valley's premier events. Additionally, the house is a short 10-minute drive from the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway, offering breathtaking views and access to hiking trails atop Mount San Jacinto.



Getting Around:

Getting around is easy! Complimentary parking is available for up to 4 vehicles on the property, with additional free street parking. For those flying in, Palm Springs International Airport (PSP) is a short 10-minute drive away. While public transportation options are limited in Palm Springs, ride-sharing services like Uber and Lyft are readily available. You're also conveniently located near downtown Palm Springs, making it easy to explore the area's attractions.

Please note that the City of Palm Springs requires all guests staying in short-term rental properties to comply with local regulations, including Ordinance No. 2075. As part of these requirements, guests must complete and sign a “Rules & Regulations” agreement prior to arrival, and we are required to collect a valid government-issued ID from at least one guest for verification purposes.



We understand these steps may feel inconvenient, but they are mandatory under city regulations and help ensure we remain compliant with our short-term rental permit requirements. Failure to follow these procedures could result in penalties or suspension of our rental permit by the City of Palm Springs.

Maximum Occupancy is 8 adults and 2 children

Pets are allowed for a fee. The fee is $300 per stay per pet. This fee is non refundable and will be used to perform a 'deep clean' in case the next guest has any allergies towards pets.
