St Kitts 103 is a unique 5BR, 4.5 bath single floor condominium with great ocean views. Just one building back from the ocean. Enjoy beautiful hardwood floors, a designer kitchen and 2,650 square feet of living space. Large wraparound balcony with great ocean views. Two bathrooms with hall access and one half bath by laundry room. Bed sizes include 1 king, 2 queen, Pyramid Bunk with trundle, 2 singles and a queen sleep sofa. Guests provide sheets, towels, all soaps and paper products. An optional linen package is available for this property. Linens would be delivered to the condo for your arrival. A set would include a sheet set for each bed and a towel set for the occupancy of the condo. You will be able to add this option to your reservation for a fee if you wish.
Non-smoking Non-vaping. No pets, please. This property rents Saturday to Saturday in season and any 3 nights off season.
Our property owners do not permit group rentals to guests under the age of 25

Great communication with property manager. Plenty of room for most of the family to be together for a little Christmas beach getaway. The only complaints would be kitchen supplies - we have stayed here before, but this time it seemed like there were no "good" cooking pans, large bowls etc. And for as large as the place is, there needs to be more comfortable seating in the living room. otherwise, it's does have space for everyone to sleep comfortably, shower, toilets etc... We will be back again because we really do love the space.
We take a little tree, hang the kids stockings, and do a little gift exchange. Family time!
Always do a little Christmas craft while we are there too.
2nd building back is the St Kitts.

Great location and close to beach. Also close to bus stops. My only negative is seating in the living room. Couches have seen better days and only one other chair. We stayed there several years ago and seemed like more seating was available. In general though this is a beautiful property and we would stay there again

Annual golf trip

The trip is a group of six guys traveling to OC, MD to play golf. The weather did not allow us to take advantage of the location of the condo, but it was great none the less.

There needs to be a shower/bathroom for every bedroom. Switching the 2 twin bedrooms with the two guest bedrooms would go a long way! A coat of paint throughout would be good.

We had a great time! It was the first time we took the entire family on vacation. The condo was large and clean. The only change we’d make is to put the queen sized beds in the rooms with the attached bathrooms. It would’ve worked out a little better for us, but that’s being nit picky. The location was perfect and we made incredible memories there. Thanks so much!

Everything was great! Only cons I have is linen package should come with dish towels and there should definitely be toilet paper, paper towels, and garbage bags supplied as these are essentials,. We didn’t realize we needed those things till after we grocery shopped. This store was closed by the time we realized we needed them.The water heater definitely needs to be fixed as it is so loudAnd somebody should clean under the trundle bed

Family Vacation

This was our second year staying at this property and there was absolutely nothing but great things I could say about our stay. We even decided to stay an extra night after calling to check if this was possible. With a mixed family like ours the 5 bedrooms are perfect and so is the location to the beach!

Everything about this rental was amazing! Excellent location, so much space, large rooms.. this place has it all! We had 6 adults and 4 teens and so much room to either have space or gather together. Highly recommend!

Wonderful Getaway!

Spent the last week there and loved it. Perfect location and tons of room. It could use a little TLC with regards to paint and maybe upgrade the furniture and room tvs (small screens in done rooms). But that was minimal compared to the fun with family dinners, movie night, game night and the memories created last week. And even off-season, there was still plenty open to keep us occupied. Overall great stay and highly recommend!!!

We loved it here!!

My husband and I have 3 adult children and a 2 year old grandson. Additionally, my best friend and her husband came along. This place was roomy and felt like home. I loved that everything was on one floor. Even the rain days were fun because of the space we had. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. My grandson is still asking to go back to the "beach house"!

Beautiful weekend with friends

Very nice. Some plumbing problems need fixed. One tub could not be used because of plumbing problems that were noted by previous renters. The kitchen faucets need repaired or replaced. Very loose and unreliable. Other than that it was quite acceptable and comfortable.

Spacious but in need of repairs, basic maintenance, upgrades

This unit has potential to be great but it is great need of basic maintenance The hallway and kitchen rugs are filthy and the couches need cleaned as well. Basic cleaning was done Many scuff marks on walls, needs painted Hallway bathtub still needs fixed Many faucets on the verge of breaking Toilet in laundry room area ran continuously Ice dispenser does not work Broken window in master bedroom not repaired ( workers showed up to fix but we were not notified. They worked outside for hours but window still boarded up) Sliding door in living room installed inside out Door locks to deck area DO NOT lock. This is a big safety issue as other units can access via deck areas. Living room needs a coffee table and deck area needs a table TV remotes did not have batteries 1 wine glass only Microwave shelf ready to break Found it odd that the children’s bedroom had the en suites and the 2 other adult bedrooms did not

Great location, nice floor plan

A nice quiet get-away for the family and a couple of friends. Checking was easy (stop by an office 5 mins away to get the instructions and parking passes), nice floor plan (single level large apartment). The location is great as it is away from the hustle and bustle of the boardwalk. The apartment is due for a few upgrades (dining room furniture, master bathroom fans, front door needs a door stopper, as the wall is beat up, the blinds are a poor fit in most rooms and don’t open in some). The kitchen needs a few touches - the pots are very old and scratched up, the cutting board (if you can it that) was on its last breath (we ended up buying a new one and leaving it there), need better knives. Most disappointing is that there are no emergency keys for the bedroom doors. Usually you find one above the door - we check all doors and there were none. The lock is not easy, so you can’t just use anything. We travelled with kids so you have to be able to open the door in an emergency. We ended up buying a thin flat screwdriver and leaving it in the kitchen. Cleaning also lacks a bit - the toilets a d floors seemed clean, but there’s a thick layer of dust on the bathroom lights and all the artificial plants in the kitchen and living room. In the end, we feel that with just a few touches the place could easily earn 5 stars.

We forwarded your review to the property owner and are happy to say he appreciated your comments and took care of several of the items that you brought to his attention. He bought a new dining set, new cutlery, a new cutting board, new balcony chairs, balcony rugs and a new vacuum. He also installed door stoppers and the plants. It was ideal that you offered your suggestion prior to his visit so he could react before the season begins! Thank you for being our customer, we hope to see you again in the future.

Dirty outdated dump with busted window

This rental has the ability to be nice however apparently central reservations is a scam. Firstly this is not directly through an owner it’s a rental company who will not make any issues right. Once we arrived we discovered a completely broken out window boarded up in the King bedroom nothing but a board and some duct tape obviously not mentioned in this listing. I called central reservations was told a window was ordered and there maintenance guy was gone for the day so nothing they can do, mind you we checked in at 3 they close at 5. The next day someone came to rip off the duck tape but for 4 days we got no sleep because it’s basically like having an open window. All the bed covers were stained one with blood and bed was full of potato chips as if someone just threw a blanket on the bed without washing it. Every single wall in the rental is marked with scratches fingers prints dirt dust. Entire unit smelled of smoked once we entered the rental we had to completely air the place out. One of the bathrooms has a tub with a sign don’t use this water won’t stop running. The couches are filthy and stained as are the chairs in the living area. I am shocked people are leaving reviews saying they stayed here with kids and enjoyed it as it’s unsafe with a broken window that’s clearly been broken for a long time. Previous older reviews mention a broken window something I overlooked. Don’t book this property you will be disappointed. Dirty and deceiving.

Hi Lindsey Thank you for taking the time to review our property. A storm blew a window out and the custom window has been ordered but has an 8 week lead time for delivery. Things this happen with Mother Nature especially near the ocean and are out of everyone's control. We did not think that this was a reason to shut down the property as it is one of several window units in one room and it secured from the elements. The owner rebated you to apologize for the inconvenience. We do realize this is not the best scenario, we like all of our properties to be pristine for our guests, we are quite anxious to receive the window and get the repair done. There is nothing that is a scam regarding our rentals. You could see our company name on the VRBO booking page and .then when you got your confirmation email when booking and your check in instructions etc. I do not show any other issues communicated during your stay, we are here to help and could have supplied a clean comforter, cleaned the sofa and whatever else was asked of us to make your stay enjoyable. Our company and this property have a great reputation, both are enjoyed by many Ocean City vacationers.

Golfing trip

Nice place to stay. This is the 2nd time we've stayed here. Nice and close to the beach. Some of the bedrooms could use a fresh coat of paint and the kitchen sink could use a new faucet. Overall a nice place and we would stay here again
