Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay in exclusive Fleets Neck and close to multiple spectacular wineries, breweries, farms, shopping outlets and world-class restaurants. Stunning waterscapes abound! Enjoy a country retreat in a slice of heaven! The entire house, driveway and yard is yours to enjoy in our beautiful picturesque Fleets Neck. Whether you're enjoying the tranquil surroundings or exploring the fantastic local attractions, this is the perfect place to create lasting memories. Our family enjoyed a lovely fall weekend here. We did greenport, pumpkin patches, and beach walks. The house was immaculate, kitchen well equipped, comfortable beds, beach towels, chairs and toys. The renovation is nicely done and the decor retains a cozy cottage charm. It’s an amazing location just 3 mins walk to the beach. 5/5 vacation! We can’t wait to cone back.

The home was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. It is so close to the beach and is very nice and has facilities there at the park. I hope to return soon. The hosts were very nice and helpful when we needed information.

We loved our stay at this charming cottage. The house was incredibly clean and well stocked with everything we needed. The kitchen/bbq was well equipped for meals prepared at home using fresh& local ingredients. The house is also just a short drive from many dining out options. The beautiful beach was just a short walk away, and once there, was so lovely it was hard to leave. The next time we visit the north fork we will certainly love to stay at the cottage again!!

The essence of Cutchogue charm and beauty! A perfect cottage for a great holiday stay. The house is perfect for a family and is convenient to all the things about the North Fork that are special.

Our selection narrowed to the cottage on Pequash as it offered what we needed. our needs included at least 3 bedrooms, with mostly queen (or larger) beds. Here you have 3 queens and a pair of singles. It also offered 3 bathrooms. Our experience is when sharing a location, a plethora of bathrooms is always a plus. No need to figure out "who goes next?". Our roommates reported the bedrooms were comfortable. The kitchen was adequately designed and provisioned for the home. We had two cars and probably could have fit a 3rd in the driveway. Although we saw the firepit and accommodations in the yard, the weather did not cooperate. A 5-min walk to the beach along quiet country roads allowed us to catch some deer and wild turkeys native to the area. The location does offer access to stores nearby, especially a grocery store. The location was well-kept and our host was eager to see us happy with our stay. We are hoping to return next year or 2028 and we will keep this location on the list!

Excellent Cottage in Cutchogue

Our group had a great extended weekend here in Cutchogue. We highly recommend this location and the hosts. The cottage was located perfectly between every location we visited throughout the weekend. The house is comfortable, nicely decorated, and is fully equipped with everything that a group would need to enjoy themselves away from home. No details were overlooked. After several trips to the area over the years, our group confidently decided that this was the best place in which we’ve stayed on the North Fork and look forward to staying here again in the future if it is possible.

The cottage was absolutely perfect!!! The owners (Ike and Valerie) were extremely responsive. The property was immaculate... by far the cleanest place we have ever rented. Everything was well stocked (kitchen, linens, cleaners…) and the outdoor space and fire pit were an added bonus. Each morning we walked one block to the beach and enjoyed looking for sea glass. There were also many shops, wineries, restaurants, farm stands, and a grocery store all within a 5 minute drive. We enjoyed cooking meals in the well equipped kitchen, and also enjoyed playing foosball and the many other games that were at the cottage. Overall, we had a wonderful time on the North Fork and look forward to returning to this beautiful home next summer. Ike and Valerie were thoughtful hosts that made the whole vacation even better than expected.
