Early check-in / late check-out request is possible with a fee. Please send the early check-in request within 48 hours before your check-in time.

Additional note:
The initial rate includes accommodation for up to 4 guests, and for each additional guest, there is an extra fee of $25 per night per guest, which covers essentials and utilities. The maximum number of guests the listing can accommodate at is 7.

Please specify the number of guests accurately when making your reservation to match the actual number of individuals in your group. Any guests or visitors not reported in the reservation without authorization will incur a charge of $50 per guest per night.

Guests can’t park at the church parking across the street.

Our property does not allow pets or animals due to owner's severe allergies.

A lease agreement is required for stays of 30 days or more.

Please note that our trusted gardeners visit the property every Monday, this is to help keep the outdoor areas well-maintained. There's no need to be surprised as they are part of our regular team and are respectful of guest privacy.
