The space

Get ready to stay at the ultimate desert retreat. “Mi casa, es su casa.” But there are some important things you should know.

The home is a 4 bedroom, 2 bath. The home is optimally maximized to sleep up to 9 guests. The master bedroom consists of a king-size memory foam bed with a “His & Hers” double shower. Bedroom 2 is equipped with queen size bed. Bedroom 3 is a bedroom/office with a queen bed and desk for working. Bedroom 4 has two twin beds and an extra slide-out twin. All bedrooms come equipped with ceiling fans and premium memory foam mattress.

The living room and game-room have 65-inch and 50-inch Roku HDTV. The home is BYOL (bring your own login).

We offer guest plenty of fun and games to help reconnect with family members. The garage/game-room offers pool table, shuffleboard, 2-player arcade, foosball table, Dart station and HDTV. This area is climate control by evaporative cooling for hot summer days.

Step outside and enjoy our brand spanking new mini-golf course designed for family fun (and to drive a (sand)wedge between the competitive siblings). Theres also jumbo games in the outdoor pool area complete with Corn-hole games and firepit seating area. Pergola has sail shade installed not present in the photos. There’s plenty of floaties and water toys for fun at the pool. Pool is 9ft deep on one side and has a removable safety rope to define shallow area for children.

Inside the home you'll find a spacious living area with an open-floor plan and dining table for 6 people. The open kitchen has 3 additional stools situated beneath the large island for additional seating. While there are some great dining options in town, our kitchen is stocked with all the basics you'll need to cook you and your family a nice dinner. Included a Keurig coffee maker with a variety of coffee pods and creamers. Toaster, blender and cocktail station. If you notice a basic is missing, please reach out! Also, enjoy outdoor dinner cookouts fully surrounded by mesquite trees and mature landscape. Dinner table for 6 and propane grill.

Other things to note

For those looking to attend the annual gem & mineral show “Tucson Gem Show,” know that we are 20 minutes or less from all the biggest event locations.

The interior fireplace is NOT operational. Please do not use.

Our internet is pretty good. Most of the time it's a reliable 180-200mbps (download) and 40mbps (upload). So you can definitely work from home and Zoom with your co-workers pretty reliably.

We provide towels, beach towels, hair dryer, basic toiletries and fully stocked laundry included with stay.

Larger groups are responsible for bringing additional towels (our cleaner simply cannot wash too many towels given the time restraints between reservations)

There are 3 propane Patio heaters only operational in the winter season.

No shoes inside the home please. Shoes are to be taken off and left by the front door for the health and safety of all.

In an effort to maintain a secure premises, the house is equipped with 2 exterior front cameras. The cameras are ONLY on the exterior, and there are no cameras on the inside.

Parties, smoking of any kind and events are not allowed.
