Florida’s hidden corner of paradise at Sanibel Harbour . Watch the dolphins and enjoy romantic sunsets over San Carlos Bay from our 10th floor secluded screened lanai terrace of The Bayview Tower at Sanibel Harbour.

The panoramic water and sunset views from this 10th floor condo are not to be missed!

A private beach and pool are below within footsteps are for the exclusive use of condo owners and rental guests.

We are located adjacent to The Marriott Resort and Spa which features additional pools, beaches, restaurants and the 40,000 square foot spa offering a range of beauty care services and pampering to no end. The marina offers boat and other watercraft rentals, a private fishing pier and a luxury dinner/brunch yacht cruise is available on site.

We maintain a Marriott Resort Membership allowing our guests, subject to availability, the option to enjoy the Fitness Center, Workout Classes, Tennis&Pickleball Courts. (Resort fee apply – this is optional and can be decided upon arrival).

The condo was recently fully renovated including new tile flooring, granite counter tops, new kitchen cabinets, new bathrooms, new living room furniture, mattresses...

The kitchen with new appliances, new washer/dryer, new cabinets and new granite countertop is well equipped in long term guests in mind. New washer and dryer are located in the kitchen. Large refrigerator with water/ice dispenser. Keurig coffee machine, electric filter coffee machine, blender, toasts, microwave oven….

The unit contains all the amenities of a home including high speed wireless access (no charge).

The master bedroom (with king size bed and television) overlooks the San Carlos Bay and leads to the front west-facing lanai terrace. En-suite bathroom with double vanity sinks and large walk-in shower with safety grab bars
Plenty of closet and draw space makes for a comfortable stay. New flat screen tv in master bedroom.

The second bedroom has a queen size bed with armoire, television and large closet and flat screen TV

The second bathroom includes a full bathtub/shower, large counter and sink and plenty of storage space.

New sofa, loveseat and arm chair installed in 2022. The new sofa pulls out to a queensize bed increasing sleeping capacity to 6.

Screen lania terrace overlooking the San Carlos Bay includes a bar height dining table set, sun lounger and ceiling fan.

This is a non-smoking unit and pets are not allowed per condominium rules.

Wonderful vacation!

We had a wonderful vacation! This condo was very clean and very comfortable. We enjoyed both the beach and the pool, neither of which was ever crowded. The sunsets were amazing!

Sanibel Harbour

Great place to stay. Great views from the 10th floor. Elevator down, 50 steps to a private beach to the right and 50 left to the pool and jacuzzi. Dolphins and Manatees near the shore line. The condo is exactly as described on the website. Very pleased

Perfect Condo

Lori was an outstanding host and this condo is perfect in every way. There were two very minor problems upon checkin which were immediately addressed. Great location, beautiful sunsets, quiet location. We totally enjoyed our stay and hope to return soon

The condo was perfect! Great views, nicely appointed rooms. Great amenities with Marriott right next door!! Close to Sanibel and Captiva. The only negative was we only booked 4 days. We should have booked a week!!!

Spring Break Trip

We had great weather and a wonderful week. The area was hit by a huge Hurricane last year so there was some construction around the property. However we did not hear anything and the Condo was great. Very good location in Fort Meyers area.

Great location, Beautiful view

Our flight got cancelled, so arrived much later than expected, but all the details provided to us prior to our arrival got us into our unit with no problems at all. The view from the screened in balcony was gorgeous, and the grounds of the resort were clean and well kept. Lots of traffic in the area, however we found it easy to get to our excursions like kayaking, fishing, and a sunset cruise with dolphins! We would stay here again!

The condo was very nice and the view was great. Property management was very helpful and responsive. Only 4 stars due to problems with running toilets. Also restaurant on property had very slow service.

Lovely condo with an amazing view and great location!

We had an excellent stay in this lovely condo! Beautiful, bright and airy space, nicely appointed with ample linens and lots of useful kitchen equipment. The condo was spotless and the view is exceptional! It is in a unique location that is quiet yet near a Marriot hotel which comes in handy for dinner or drinks out. It is hidden away from traffic, crowds and noise, yet just minutes from all the shopping, beaches and restaurants that the area offers. We have already recommended this condo to others and intend to rent there again when back in the area.

Stunning Sunset Escape

Facing the beautiful bay and amazing sunsets, this condo exceeded expectations. Host was exceptionally helpful, kitchen is very well stocked, rooms are large and comfortable. The beach below is well maintained and never crowded. We enjoyed hours working virtually from the lanai overlooking the water. The pool was still closed due to hurricane damage but the owner communicated that to us upon booking.

Beautiful scene from balcony with a "cruise" type feeling!

Everything was just as it was advertised! It was clean, quiet, and roomy! The property surrounding the condo was lush and reminded us of being on a tropical island. We used the pool every day because it was so peaceful listening to the water wash up against the shore that was only 20 feet away from where we lay. It was a very restful vacation, just what the doctor ordered, lol! We will hopefully return in the near future. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay in your lovely condo. =D

The property was amazing, just as advertised....clean, well decorated and very quiet.

We enjoyed our time at the condo. The balcony was wonderful. We spent mornings reading and having coffee on the balcony and evenings enjoying the sunset. The views were amazing. The condo provided easy access to Sanibel Island, restaurants and nearby shopping. I look forward to staying there in the future. The host provided all relevant information concerning parking, access etc well in advance of our arrival and followed up to ensure the accommodations were satisfactory. It's a five star!

Wonderful place with complete views. Easy access to all the beaches around. The pool was disappointing due to the fact you can’t enjoy it past dusk. The condo was clean, and well stocked with everything needed.

Wonderful ... Relaxing Stay!!

This is absolutely exactly as shown. The property is Beautiful. The pool is quiet and private. Access to the beach is a few steps from the door. My friend and I took multiple walks around the property and enjoyed a delicious happy hour at the hotel. I highly recommend this and hopefully will bring my family back for another stay.

Great place to stay!

We had a wonderful stay. We loved the view and the condo. It is as wonderful as the pictures show. Very clean, quiet and Lori was a wonderful hostess. The property management were also very responsive to questions and were very helpful. We hope to be able to return again soon.

Lovely peaceful condo with a spectacular view!

Everything was clean, well maintained and you can’t beat the view! We saw dolphins, manatees and a stingray from the balcony! The area was quiet but with plenty of restaurants and things to do a short drive away. The little beach was perfect for our 5 year old as we could let him run free with no worries and no crowds to battle. This was the perfect location for the relaxation we were looking for!

As we retired from our core businesses we decided to focus bringing the beauty and relaxation of Sanibel Harbour to others. A place where our guests can relax, pamper themselves and enjoy the natural beauty of the area.

While vacationing in the area, we fell in love with the views and amenties at Sanibel Harbour. We have been enjoying the condo as our family vacation home since 2006. So much so that we now have 3 condos in the building including a 3bedroom/3bathroom unit and 3 condos in the adjacent building (Harbour Tower)
