Enchanting lake view 3-bedroom house in the woods in Hayden Lake, hot tub, A/C

Take a break and unwind at our peaceful home in the trees overlooking Hayden Lake. Enjoy coffee on the deck overlooking the lake, or bbq some dinner with your family and friends. 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a hot tub, fully stocked kitchen and washer and dryer. Close to Honeysuckle Bay and Sportsman Park for lake access. Located between Couer d'Alene and Sandpoint, close to Silver mountain and Schweitzer mountain for summer and winter sports.

Private and secluded home in the trees with a view of Hayden Lake. Plenty of parking including room to park your boat in the driveway. Located off the 95, centrally located between Coeur d'Alene and Sandpoint. Enjoy quiet and tranquility at home or venture out to enjoy all the area has to offer.

4 miles to Honeysuckle Beach for lake access (our home does not have access to the lake)

10 miles to downtown Coeur d'Alene

4 miles to Avondale golf course

8 miles to to Silverwood Theme Park

30 miles to Silver Mountain Resort

Guests have access to the home, driveway and garage to park in.

Note: There is a locked owner's cabinet in the garage that guests don't have access to

Detached shop is not accessible to guests

Our home has 3 mini-splits for air conditioning and heating, central heat, and an electric fireplace for heat in the downstairs bedroom.

We have high speed wireless internet but due to our rural location can occasionally have short periods of slowness. Enabling Wi-Fi calling on your cell phone can make for clearer phone calls.

We live in the woods near the lake which provides a peaceful, quiet environment and beautiful view. It also means we have all types of wildlife. Deer, foxes, hawks, eagles, bats, cougars, as well as more pesky neighbors like mice and some flying bugs in the summer. We have regular professional pest control to keep our house pest free, but you may see some of the above animal neighbors. Keeping the screen door closed at all times also helps.

Note: The wood burning fireplace is not operational and is not available for use.

This house and property were absolutely beautiful! We really enjoyed our stay here and would highly recommend this house. The owner was so easy to work with and very responsive. The inside of the house was beautifully decorated and extremely clean. Everything we needed was provided. The outside was so peaceful…. We could sit outside for hours sit staring at the beautiful view of the lake.

We had an absolutely phenomenal stay. From the moment we walked in, it was clear how much care and attention had gone into this home. The property was exceptionally clean and was easily one of the cleanest vacation rentals we’ve stayed in.The decor was beautiful and incredibly inviting. It struck the perfect balance between stylish and cozy, making the home feel comfortable from the start. Everyone in our group kept commenting on how much they loved the space and all the thoughtful touches throughout.One of our favorite parts of the stay was the hot tub. It was spotless and perfectly maintained. We spent an evening relaxing under the stars, watching constellations and even catching a few shooting stars, which made for an unforgettable experience.Overall, we were genuinely obsessed with this place and didn’t want to leave. If you’re considering staying here, don’t hesitate—you won’t be disappointed. We would absolutely stay here again!!

My wife and I came over for a getaway to make some memories together. This was the perfect location, the host's communication was top notch and she was very thorough with what was provided. We very much enjoyed the privacy without being too far away from anything.

This is a beautiful home that was perfect for two couples given the two master suites. The owner is very generous with access to the garage and places to tuck belongings. The beds were comfortable and the bedrooms were spacious with plenty of counter, drawer and closet space. The bathrooms were lovely. The showerhead in the downstairs bathroom was a bit tempermental with its flow volume, but we got it figured out. The kitchen was easy to use and I loved that it included an electric kettle. The welcoming collection of coffee, creamer and sugar was very kind. The living room furniture was comfortable and there was plenty of seating. The view from the large living room windows and the patio overlooking the backyard and the lake beyond is incredibly pretty. We didn't get to spend much time out there as it was quite cool, but in the summer, that patio would be the place to hang out. We didn't use the hot tub, but it looked well maintained and was easy to access from the downstairs bedroom. The turn from the road into the driveway is a bit of a hairpin so we were glad we didn't try to navigate it at night for the first time. Once you've done it, it's simple enough. The only oddity - which we didn't find odd enough to bother the owner for, for sure - was the TV turned itself on in the early morning. No sound, just the initial screen. We figured it was trying to be accommodating, LOL. All told, this is a delightful place to stay and we would definitely stay here again.
