Casa Chachacha is a typical Caribbean villa located in the famous and secure beachfront residence "Los Nomadas", 10 minutes drive from the center of Las Terrenas. This villa offers 3 bedrooms with beautiful covered terrace, luxurious tropical garden & pool, only a few minutes walk to the recognized Coson Beach from the residence' private path.
Casa Chachacha promises you great moments of relaxation and sharing with its peaceful atmosphere and its beautiful tropical garden.

Casa Chachacha with refined decoration is composed of 3 bedrooms (2 king rooms & 1 queen room). All equipped with fans, air conditioning, quality bedding, cupboards & private bathroom with soap. Safety box in the queen room.

The main room is made up of a living room with flat screen connected TV and an open kitchen fully equipped where a private chef can prepare you delicious meals with bar opening onto the covered terrace .

The confortable and spacious covered terrace with pool view is composed of a beautiful lounge area to enjoy cocktail & share good time and a dining area on the other side. Gas barbecue is available on site to cook succulent grilled fish.

A beautiful pool nestled in the middle of the luxurious tropical garden and the covered terrace and solarium with sunchairs to enjoy the caribbean sun.

Car park for 2 cars.

All rooms are equipped with air conditioning which cost is not included in the rate and will have to be settled upon departure.

The rent includes cleaning twice a week. For stays of more than 4 days, it includes a change of sheets and towels once a week.

We ask our guests to respect the neighbors, take care of the facilities and keep the house in order. Additional charges may apply for any property damage, breakage or poor condition of the house upon your departure.

Access to the laundry room is reserved for household staff only, it is not possible to carry out washing on site. However, for stays of more than 7 nights, the housekeeper will be responsible for doing your laundry if necessary, at their discretion.

In order to be able to enjoy maximum relaxation and for the tranquility of the neighborhood, parties are prohibited and calm must be respected from 11:00 p.m, according to the Residence's internal regulations.

The entire property is covered by a wifi/fiber optic network.
