The fully equipped kitchen is a chef's dream, featuring all stainless steel appliances, ample counter space, and cookware—perfect for whipping up everything from casual snacks to gourmet meals. Adjacent to the kitchen, a large dining area offers plenty of space for family meals or entertaining guests. Bicycles and beach gear are provided for nearby fun, and fishing enthusiasts can cast a line right from the seawall.

The master bedroom is a true retreat with a king-size bed, TV, direct pool access, walk-in closet, and an ensuite bathroom with double sinks, a large soaking tub, and a walk-in shower. * * This home welcomes up to two small dogs (under 35 lbs, non-aggressive breeds only) with prior approval. A nonrefundbale pet fee is required and covers standard pet cleaning.

Please note: This home has a minimum age requirement of 25 to book the home, children are welcome to stay in our homes with an adult over 25 years old. A rental agreement will be emailed to you after booking and must be signed prior to your arrival. Smoking is not allowed on the property.

For your convenience your home will be stocked with a one-time, complimentary starter kit of the following items: toilet paper (3 rolls per bathroom); paper towels (1 roll); soap (1 bar or liquid soap each at the shower and bathroom sink); dish soap, for washing dishes by hand (1 small bottle); dish soap, for dishwasher (enough for 6 loads); laundry detergent (small bottle) (enough for 6 loads; 1 small package dryer sheets); trash bags (1 in each trash can; extras under the kitchen sink); coffee pods (1 per guest for first day).
