Electricity is charged separately for this home at the rate of $25 per day. This fee is collected at the time of final payment and is considered prepaid utility use. This prepayment has been included in your quote and is part of the total reservation cost. Smoking is not allowed on the property. Kayaks are to be used at your own risk.
