A short 5 minute drive to Breakers Beach and boat docks, or spend the day on the pond located in the backyard. In the front yard you are able to see the hot air balloons take off from the airport. Family friendly home with all the items you will need (games, toys, pack n play, high hair, sand toys, beach chairs). Several yard games, shuffleboard table, and pedal boat available.
