*NEW 2021* We just replaced our faithful Dakota RV with a very nice new bigger RV!

All the fun of RVing without the fuel expense and campground rental. Private spot with an amazing view (this is not your normal RV park ;). The Reflection is the highest point on our property and the views are amazing in all directions.

This site is pet friendly with a $30 pet fee... please select a pet during your search or at check out.

Beautiful view over Hot Brook Canyon.

Queen size bed with bedroom door, Bunk room with double bed/couch and 2 upper bunks. Kitchen dinette also can be used as a bed. Nice size bathroom with a shower, sink and toilet.

Let us know if you would like to have the Hot Tub available.

Coffee pot is a combo Keurig and drip.

AC, stove, frig, WiFi, linens, towels, dishes, pans, etc... propane fire pit.

Enjoy everything from beautiful sunrises to amazing sunsets. With over a thousand acre view over the old Edgemont - Hot Springs railroad bed winding through the canyon, with a sprawling valley beyond.

RV is parked in a secluded area in the trees close to the cliff, but still easy to get to with a car and well hidden from the main house.

Non-Smoking in the RV, but allowed at the fire-pit for fire safety.

Just 5 beautiful winding canyon miles from Hot Springs.

This is our 2nd trip to Evan’s Cliffs and it never disappoints. Beautiful view and close to all of the sightseeing stops. Highly recommend. The hosts are very responsive as well.

Clean, spacious camper with stunning views! Had everything we needed and more. Just a heads up if you're traveling with kiddos- it is on a literal cliff, just a few feet from the camper's deck. Makes for an amazing scenic view but we were nervous to let the kiddos venture off the deck.

My eight year old's favorite part of our trip? "The RV."And I have to say, it's hard to disagree. What these two have built is special. The spot is exactly as advertised, and better than expected. The RV itself has everything you can possibly need, as made clear in the photos. The wifi is fast and simple, and it's clear Wade and Patricia keep updating to improve upon what is already, easily, one of the best vacation rentals we've ever had. Our hosts were kind and gracious, and the space itself was more than I expected when I booked. Normally I try to cook up at least one small criticism so fellow travelers know I can be trusted. But I can't think up a single one. Book without fear and look forward to a relaxing, restorative, easy trip to the Black Hills!

Private getaway in Hot Springs

Very private location with beautiful views. Comfortable bed with enough space to relax after a long day of exploring the Black Hills. Really enjoyed the beautiful town of Hot Springs as well.

It was a wonderful stay. The RV was great with great accommodations. We loved the fire pit and the hot tub. We had no problems during our stay. It is located about 5 miles from Hot Springs up a nicely gravel road. We even saw deer from the deck.

Reflection was everything we wanted - location, view, experience!Wade and Patricia were great hosts and made our stay excellent. We very much enjoyed watching all the wildlife around, stargazing in the hot tub, morning coffee on the deck and everything in between. The camper was spacious and clean. Perfect for our week stay! We are a product of on online dating. Patricia moved from MN to the Northern Hills in 1979. Wade was born in Spearfish, but was living in Colorado, counting days until the next time he could get back the 'The Hills'.

Por que o anfitrião escolheu essa propriedade

When we found the property online, we fell in love with the house... and Wade the shop. But after we came to see it in person and walked to the cliff... well, it was just amazing. You have to see it in person to understand. Everyday, we tell our 3 dogs and 3 cats, 'we are going to the cliff' and we all take a hike together, stopping just to sit and look. Seems like every hike, we see something new, we never noticed before.

So nice here, we had our wedding at the cliff edge in 2012. We have a hard time figuring out where to 'go' for a vacation... we feel we are living in our perfect vacation spot and now we have discovered that we really enjoy sharing our favorite spot and the chance to meet new friends in the process.

We want every guest to feel right at home and provide everything you could ever need. We treat our guests as family... that traveled from across the country and have what they need to relax and prepare for the best vacation possible. We know most families only get 1 or 2 vacations a year, we are very honored to be a part of that experience.
