Large 1600 SF top floor unit. Wi-Fi & Cable, 6 beach tags included. Central Air-Condition. 6th St ramp access to boardwalk and beach, public bathroom on 6th st.

Must be minimum age of 25 years old to rent.
Linens are NOT included with this unit.
Please note we only rent Saturday-Saturday.

It is a short walk to one of the most popular beaches with lifeguard stations with restrooms during the summer. Close to beach and Ocean View. 2 car garage parking. Modern kitchen stainless steel appliances with granite. Super Fresh supermarket is only 5 min away. 3 large flat screen TV, Cable & wireless internet, central heating air conditioning, about 2 pillow per person, light blankets, 6 beach tags, garage storage, wagon, some beach toys & chairs included!!!!!!!

This property has a north end location; beach block. The on ramp to beach, boardwalk, Gillian Amusement Park on 6th Street. Shopping and restaurants are nearby. Downtown shopping is also close. There is a causeway leading north out of Ocean City for easy access to Atlantic City and the casinos. There are tennis courts, basketball court, and a playground in the area.

This property is located in Ocean City, New Jersey, America's greatest family resort. Ocean City is a family oriented resort town located on an island along the Atlantic Ocean about 20 minutes south of the Atlantic City casinos & outlet shopping. Most of our beaches are lifeguard protected in the summer. There is a bayfront area for watersports, fishing charters, and boat rentals. We have a 2.5 mile boardwalk with amusement piers, shopping, and restaurants. There is a music pier entertainment venue built out over the ocean for concerts and other events.

This home was wonderful! It was very clean, great location close to the boardwalk and beach, great balcony with view of the ocean, well-stocked home, garage was a bonus for our wagons and bikes. The owner was very welcoming and responsive.

Beautiful apt with lots of room. Kitchen stocked with everything you could possibly need. Third floor so a little of a hike up but only an issue when coming in or leaving with all of the luggage. Big garage and even a grill to use. Would recommend parking in street if you have a big car as maneuvering into garage is very tight but only for apt. C. Other garages for other floors have plenty of room to manuever. Highly recommend.

Checkin was a breeze. Owner was EXTREMELY HELPFUL and always available. It’s a lot of stairs to walk up and no elevator so keep in mind when packing bc heavy items can be exhausting. Other than that it’s a lovely and large unit with plenty of rooms and baths and great kitchen/living area. The boardwalk and beach are very close right by wonderland on beach block. Would recommend!

Family vacation- 2 daughters, their husbands and 2 year old. Walk to beach was an easy 5 minutes. The roomy garage was full of extras that helped us enjoy our stay including: boogie boards, kid's toys and wagon to schlepp 30# child, beach chairs and the awesome beach caddy cart (so helpful). Kitchen had all the accessories we needed to cook and store food. The layout allowed us to spread out as needed. Despite the location close to boardwalk, it was quiet for sleeping. Only negative was the 43 steps to the top floor. Not a good rental for those with mobility challenges. Host responded quickly to inquiries and was eager to meet our needs.

Clean and comfy, great location

We loved staying here! We were so central to everything— we barely moved our car all week because there’s so much to do within walking distance. The host is very kind and great with communication.

Fantastic host, great location

Took my family of 6 to Ocean City and booked last minute. Grateful this spot was available. The host is amazing, we had a few questions when we checked in and he was very accommodating and helpful - he even drove down to help us with a TV. The host provides paper towels, hand soap, toilet paper and dishwasher pods. There is a nice supply of beach gear in the garage. We used the beach cart and left ours at home. Few things to note: 6th street is a surfing beach. We walked down to 7 1/2. As other reviewers mentioned, the stairs can be rough after multiple trips up and down or if you have to carry a child after a long day. But you can’t beat the location for the price.

Great location

We had a wonderful week in Ocean City! The check in and out process was seamless. The home was clean, neat, and conveniently located. We had 4 adults, 2 teenagers, and 2 4-year-olds and there was plenty of space for everyone. We loved having the balcony to sit out on to enjoy the weather and view. We would definitely come back!

Terrific location and host

I stayed here in late June with family, including young children. We loved our stay! Highlights include cleanliness, location, and communication with the host. The unit was extremely clean and organized. The location is less than 2 blocks from the boardwalk where the Wonderland rides and games are. With young kids this was super convenient. I really appreciated how the host checked in with us after arrival. Communication throughout the week was reliable and host was quick to respond. All instructions were easy to follow and created a seamless check in/out process. I would absolutely stay here again. It had everything we needed for a wonderful week in Ocean City!

Very nice clean place

We loved our stay because it was so conveniently close to the boardwalk and the place was very clean. An added bonus was that they had bikes and beach equipment to use that was perfect. My daughter and I took a bike ride each day on the boardwalk. The only thing tough thing is that its located on the 3 floor so that was the only challenge. Everything else was great.

Wonderful stay

The condo is beautiful, clean, and very well maintained. We had 8 adults in our group and we had plenty of space to move around and to store all of our things. The beds were very comfortable and there were plenty of pillows. The kitchen is modern and very well stocked. The family room is very comfortable with plenty of seating for everyone. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony and watching the Ferris wheel. The property owner is amazing! He was very quick to answer questions. We had an issue with a shower hose and he came out that day and replaced it. This condo is on the third floor and there are a lot of steps. If anyone in your group has mobility issues it might be a good idea to stay somewhere else. The only other issue is the garage, it is very difficult to get in and out and the clearance was low. If you have a tall car, you might have a clearance issue. I have a Honda HR-V for reference. You can walk to almost everything though so once our car was parked it wasn’t an issue.

Lovely Ocean City Getaway

The property was exactly as pictured. The living space was larger than expected given the photos online. It had plenty of space for my family & some overnight guests. Very close to the boardwalk/beach & quick bike ride to Asbury Avenue for shopping. There was a grill, bikes & beach equipment available for use. Kitchen was well stocked and there were extra dishwasher tabs, dishwashing liquid, napkins, toilet paper, trash bags, etc. I found that to be a nice touch. Plus 6 beach tags. I really liked the bar table behind the couch. It made for a lot more entertaining space. I also really liked the layout of the rooms and the beds. You have a view of the ferris wheel from the master bedroom. I thought that was cool. There are A LOT of steps to get up to the unit, but when you get there, you have a nice view and no neighbors above you. The cleaning people could have done a better job. If you're cleaning the house each week when guests leave, there should not be dust everywhere. Also, the placemats were not cleaned at all. These are nit-picky things but when you see it, you feel like the cleaning people are cutting corners. The couch could use a deep clean or replacement. It was big and comfy, but it has seen a fair share of messy guests. I'm VERY picky with cleaning so most people would say it was fine. I do have to say it was clean where it counts, the showers & sinks were clean, the beds looked newer, and the kitchen was clean. Overall, I would stay again.

Great place, great owners

My family and I had a wonderful visit this season at Chia’s place. They were very thorough with their communications and the place was clean and very spacious. Great location, close to the beach and boards. Will definitely be in touch next year!

Fantastic property

We absolutely loved our week at this rental. The owner was communicative and took great care with all the details. The rooms were spacious and clean. The living area was comfortable and had plenty of seating. The kitchen was set up nicely and was very usable. The stairs up to the unit were not at all difficult. We will be back!

Great location

This property is right down the street from the wonderland pier. It's excellent! Some things to note. 6th street is a surf beach so either have to walk two blocks to Brighton or 2 the other direction to Plymouth for swimming! The owners were super super responsive and helpful with all questions. Even FaceTime me to help fix a silly tv problem after 9 pm!! The house had lots of sand in it but I mean it's a beach house 🤣 the kitchen was well stocked too! Fair warning after walking 15k plus steps all day the walk up the third floor is daunting. But the view makes it worth it!!!

Great location and wonderful communications!

The location of this property is ideal. Short walk to the beach! The property manager could not be better to deal with, very responsive and accommodating! We have already made plans to return next summer to this same place. This is our 3 year in a row. We found a place we love and plan to go back!

Nice owners, nice property & nice location!

Family was comfortable and property’s description is accurate. Third floor was tiring and difficult to get luggage up. Closeness to boardwalk was a big plus for us.

We grew up driving to Ocean City for day trips to enjoy the beach & boardwalk as day trips. We were fortunate enough to be able to buy a home at Ocean City. Now my wife and my 3 little toddlers are able to enjoy Ocean City beach & boardwalk in our beloved shore house.
