Charming Family & Dog-Friendly Retreat – Just 4 Blocks from the Beach

Nestled in a quiet, historic neighborhood, this beautifully renovated second-floor condominium, built in 1902, offers the perfect blend of modern comforts and timeless charm. With two spacious floors, 4 cozy bedrooms, and 2 full bathrooms, this home is ideal for families or groups seeking a relaxing getaway by the beach. Comfortably accommodating up to 10 guests, it provides everything you need for an unforgettable vacation.

The home features a master bedroom with a king-size bed, a boudoir, and an additional single bed. There are also 2 queen-size beds and 2 sets of twin bunk beds in the other bedrooms, offering plenty of space for everyone. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped, including linens, dishes, an oven, microwave, electric stovetop, refrigerator/freezer, and a standard coffee maker. A laundry room with a washer and dryer is also included for your convenience.

Relax in the cozy living room with cable television, Netflix, and Amazon Prime on two TVs, or enjoy the fresh air in the charming fenced yard. The outdoor space includes a fire pit, one natural gas grill, and a convenient outdoor shower, perfect for rinsing off after a day at the beach. You’ll also have one parking space available.

Enjoy easy access to the beach with 4-5 beach badges provided. The yard, outdoor shower, and one of the natural gas grills are shared with the downstairs unit.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay. The property was exactly as described, spotlessly clean, and comfy beds. Absolutely amazing property in Ocean City. We stayed here with our whole family and our dog. The property was a perfect match to the pictures. More than enough room for 6 adults and a baby to enjoy some down time. Beach and downtown were a short walk from the house and made it easy for activities. Would definitely stay here again and also recommend to a friend!

We had an awesome family vacation in OCNJ! We stayed here over NYE weekend and once again enjoyed our stay. The house set up is perfect for our family fur baby. The decks, fenced in yard, gas grill - all great! Our host Grace was responsive and ensured we had everything we needed. Thanks Grace! We’ll be back!

Wonderful stay!

We love OCNJ and loved this choice for our week. Every thing we needed for our stay was provided. Grace was a pleasure to work with and very prompt with any communications. The home was very clean and everything was perfect. Looking forward to returning!

Best place in OC to travel with a dog

Since the pandemic, we travel with our dog. This is the best choice in Ocean City for bringing a dog. There's a fenced in yard, you're close to dog-friendly restaurants, a dog beach and parks. The place has everything we need and lots of room for the entire family.

Lovely

This old Victorian has a lot of charm. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the location was terrific. This kitchen was one of the most well stocked kitchens we’ve ever seen for a rental. Loved the morning sun on the front porch. Nice big dining room table and additional seating in the breakfast room off the kitchen. Lots of nice touches and happy to have linens and towels included. Thanks for a lovely stay!

Great week at the shore

We picked this property mostly because it was dog friendly, and it was. Could have been closer to the beach, but we knew that. Close to restaurants and shopping. Great porch. One room didn’t have bedding. Small dishwasher that sometimes seemed to leak. Overall, really liked the place.

Great time

Responsive host. Clean. Even though pet friendly, the place did not smell of dogs. It was 0.5 miles from the beach. Right next to the farmers market and a quick walk to the shops on Asbury. I suggest guests bring a blackout curtain with suction cups for the windows if you like a dark room for sleeping. We enjoyed our stay!

Enjoyable, Animal Friendly House on a Quaint Street

My family and dog enjoyed our stay at this well-maintained property. It was nice to be away from the craziness of OC but still in walking distance to shopping and food. We ran into an issue on our second day but the owner responded very quickly. It was fixed within an hour and in no fault to anyone. The prompt response was much appreciated and we enjoyed the rest of our stay. Thank you Grace, for the wonderful week!

Very comfortable property

We very much enjoyed our stay. The house is nicely appointed and well taken care of. Grace was very quick to assist with anything we needed. The layout was great for our big group. The kitchen has everything you need and more: Keurig and standard coffee pot, plenty of cooking supplies...even a stand mixer! It could use a few more bath towels and hand towels but we got by. The distance to the beach was a bit further than we expected. Not hard for us but a bit much for my 70+ yr old parents and little ones no longer in strollers. Otherwise perfect and fantastic value for the price.

Great location

We had a great time in Ocean City, the house was decorated for Christmas which was so kind. I had technical difficulties with the app that made it impossible to for me to connect with the owner. My chat didn't work. Not the owners fault at all. I would say we did not have enough toilet paper, dishwashing detergent or paper towels for our stay. Otherwise the house was stocked and perfect for what we needed.

Late summer getaway

The pics do not do the property justice. It was just fantastic. The primary bedroom is wonderful, the walk in closet was a surprise. The grill worked perfectly, the fire pit was also great. The neighborhood was quiet and friendly. The ACME was close. I wish we would have came a few weeks sooner as all of the boardwalk stores were not open when advertised. We took the liberty of loging out of all the streaming services left by previous guests. Maybe leave that reminder somewhere, or maybe it was written down but there were quite a few accounts that were still logged in. The range/oven could use an update but worked. The washer/dryer shook the entire house! Overall everything was great hopefully we will be back earlier in the summer next year as it rained everyday but Wednesday. Thank you for having us it was a much needed getaway back to the beach we took our boys to every summer for the 5 years we lived in Philly. Hope to see you soon

Lovely Quaint But Updated House

The house is on a very pretty and quiet tree-lined street and was absolutely immaculate! Very well appointed with many amenities. We loved being so close to the main Asbury business district, but the walk to the beach was longer than expected (about 1/2 mile) so we ended up driving our heavy items down. Hard to find dog-friendly properties that are so well maintained and clean. All in all, we had a wonderful week.

Exceptional OCNJ Property

I grew up with my summers down in Ocean City where we rented a couple weeks at a time. The youngest of six kids we did pretty well having our vacations down here. We had big family gatherings, beautiful days at the beach, and the nightlife of walking the boardwalk. My mother always loved Ocean City, I told her one day I would own a house down here. This place makes me feel close to her. Its a beautiful house and a dream of mine come true. Its just simple, i want to share the joy of the Shore home with all of you in hopes that you find the magical in Ocean City, N.J. as we did as a children and as we still do.
