Excellent location

We have stayed at Coligny Villas several times , each time renting different. This by far was the cleanest, updated and had what we needed for our stay. Parked at car at the Villa and walked to beach and plaza. Great location!

Best place ever !

This is one of the best places weā€™ve stayed in HHI. The walk to the beach wasnā€™t bad , the chairs and beach buggy were a plus. House was very clean and quiet . I loved having the pool right outside our door .

Nicely Updated and Confortable Villa

My little family (husband, Infant, dog and myself) all enjoyed our stay here very much. This villa was close to everything we needed within Hilton ahead and provided comfort while we were there. Our contact, Steve, made sure we were well prepared for our arrival and was very responsive during our stay. I would recommend anyone stay here if they eat the chance!

Fantastic property!!

Our condo was wonderful! It was plenty of room for our family. It had everything we needed. It was very comfortable especially the master bedroom. It was clean which is a major plus with us. The courtyard was right outside and the pool only a few steps from the patio!! We hope to stay here again one day!!

Awesome villa!

Very clean. Well stocked with kitchen supplies and beach gear. We found 3 chairs, a pull cart, and various beach toys. Easy 9 minute walk to beach passing coligny plaza. Nice pool for morning laps. If your a coffee drinker, they only have a keurig machine. Overall excellent unit!

Great location for RBC Heritage Golf tourney!

We didnā€™t know how convenient our location was at this condo until we arrived. Parked our car & didnā€™t need it until we left for airport. We caught the air conditioned shuttle bus 2 blocks from condo & arrived at entrance to Heritage golf tourney, so convenient. Many shops, restaurants & bars within walking distance. We enjoyed the pool every night right outside our door. Condo was great, everything we needed & more. Minor but would recommend mirrors in the bedrooms, would be easier to get ready vs waiting for bathroom mirror. A great stay at a great location - weā€™ll be back!

Great stay, short walk to beach

The property was great. The only problems we had were the sliding door on the first floor was difficult to open and I was worried it would come off the track, and there wasn't much space to put our groceries in the kitchen so we kept stuff in a box in the laundry room. There wasn't a lot of stuff that our kids (1 and 4) could break while we were there, we just had to block off the stairs for our 1 year old. The proximity to lots of restaurants and availability of carryout nearby was perfect. The bed was comfortable. It was a great stay and we would come back again.

Awesome Location

The property was clean with VERY comfortable beds. The location was definitely a highlight. My teenage boys loved biking and walking around Coligny. We didnā€™t get in the car once while there. A few things, bring a small fan bc there arenā€™t any ceiling fans upstairs. There also isnā€™t a full length mirror anywhere but thatā€™s ok bc youā€™re on vacation and you already look fabulous!!

Great property and location. A few small oversights.

Overall, we loved our stay here. The location is perfect, right next to all the shops and a grocery store just around the corner. The beach is just a 10 minute walk. The decor of the place is cheerful and comfortable. We particularly liked the extra bed in the 2nd bedroom. The main bathroom is huge and the shower is roomy with beautiful tile work. There were a few minor hiccups. When we arrived, the rugs were still in the washer. My wife rewashed and dried them so they didn't smell stale. There was also a random (but clean) towel thrown across one of the beds. Also, when I moved one of the dining room chairs, tufts of what looked like dog hair tumbled by. It felt like whoever cleaned was in a hurry or got distracted. We had one near disaster. My wife threw a load of laundry in the dryer over night on the setting that is supposed to sense when the clothes were dry. The next morning, the dryer was still running! Fortunately, we'd only loaded some t-shirts in at a low setting, but the malfunction could have easily ruined a load of clothes. Other minor inconveniences--there was only one large garbage liner. Once we filled that up, we had to use waste basket liners for trash. Same goes for the paper towels. There was only one roll. Likewise, the downstairs bathroom only had one roll of toilet paper. There were no spares inside the vanity where you would expect to find them. Overall we had a great experience and enjoyed our stay. The positives far outweigh the nitpicky stuff. I think this is a newer property listing, so the minor things may just be growing pains.

Great place with cute bike theme

We really enjoyed the property!! We have friends with units in the same complex, so it was extra fun for us. Our unit had plenty of dishes, glasses, beach chairs & toys, towels, etc. I also really liked the decor and the bicycle motif! We also appreciated the the well thought out information and closet hangers!!!! Bathrooms were very nicely done. Just add a good frying pan and maybe a stovetop griddle for pancakes, and it would be complete. Thanks so much for ur prompt response to my inquiry and for your hospitality. We will likely rent again.

We have been staying around Coligny Circle for 15 years and this was our favorite place yet. Everything was easy, beds were super comfortable and parking was great, right but the door!

Beautiful Property

The stay was lovely. The property is as pictured, lovely decor and full functiining kitchen with all of the gadgets. The property is located about a 15 minute walk to the beach and 2 minute walk to Colingy Plaza. You will love the location and property.

Great stay!

We loved staying in this ultra clean and beautifully decorated condo. The furniture was very clean and comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook several meals. The beds were clean and comfortable and the bathrooms super clean and modernized. Steve was very quick responding to an air conditioning hiccup, which we really appreciated! We would definitely stay in this unit again.

Lovely time

My family of four stayed here and loved it. The unit was super clean and updated. The pool was nice and easily accessed through our back patio. We were walking distance from Coligny plaza and super close to the Piggly Wiggly for quick groceries. The walk to beach was about ten minutes but it was easy and the beach was great. There was a gas grill on the back porch which was awesome!! There was also four beach chairs, a wagon, and sand toys for the kids. Overall it was a terrific trip and we will definitely stay here again.

Spring Break trip

I was very impressed with this property and rental overall. The two story condo was squeaky clean. The decor very nice and well done. The bathrooms were very clean and nicely done. The location was way better than I expected. I have stayed in Coligny several other times, but location wise this, by far was the best. Short walk to grocery store, restaurants, retail stores and bike shop. Access to the beach was nice off of Avocet and away from the main board walk area which can get busy at times. The back patio opens to a nice courtyard and nearby pool. I would definitely stay here again. The only negative if I had to pick ...was no oven mitts (at least that I could find) and the pillows were very flat and uncomfortable. But those are nothing compared to all the positives.

Very pleased!

We are fellow owners in Coligny Villas and like to stay here when we visit the island. Love the renovations, the kitchen was well stocked, the beds super comfy. Smart TVs in every room were great for our tweens. We visited during Covid and couldnā€™t really take advantage of Coligny Plaza, but kept busy with beach outings, bike riding, paddle boarding, and horse back riding. So glad we were able to get our vacation in this year. The condo was great, weā€™ll be back!!

Great place to stay!!!

It was the perfect place to stay while visiting Hilton head. The condo was clean, beds were very comfortable and kitchen well stocked. There was even a pool. Location was fantastic. We would definitely stay here again!! There is nothing negative to say about anything, loved it.
