2 bedroom, 2 bathroom tennis view condo - no need to drive to the beach. About a 5 minute walk from the condo to our private boardwalk where you catch our golf cart shuttle to gorgeous uncrowded beach..... or sip a refreshing cocktail at CoCo's ocean view grill! (complete with restrooms)
Our tennis view villa is largest 2 bedroom / 2 bath type condo with washer and dryer inside the villa and full kitchen with granite counter tops! Free Wi-Fi inside the condo!
Condo is updated with tile back-splash, new paint, carpet, newer queen size bed!! Three flat screen TVs and DVD player. Deli / gift shop on-site, 3 pools (including indoor pool and hot tub) sauna, on site bike rentals, bike path connecting to rest of the island. 6 lighted tennis courts (free - must wear proper attire). Several golf courses near by.
Hilton Head Resort is a family friendly / affordable resort - good price for comfortable condo (not a luxury resort) Family friendly resort with short walk to beach or ride golf cart shuttle!

Quick and easy communication and the condo had everything we needed. Washer and dryer in unit were a bonus! Unpopulated beach made for relaxing vacation.

We had a fantastic stay at this Hilton Head condo! The unit was very clean, and the beds were comfortable after a long day in the sun. Having an in-unit washer and dryer was a huge plus for keeping up with wet towels and swimwear throughout our stay.Our kids absolutely loved having access to three different pools, which gave us plenty of options when we wanted a break from the ocean. When we did head to the beach, we loved that the beach access point was much less crowded than other spots nearby, making it so easy and peaceful to set up for the day.On top of a great property, the host was very responsive and quick to resolve a minor issue with the provided beach supplies. Overall, we had a wonderful stay!

Wi-fi was awful. It was off more than it was on. Also, air conditioning was fixed to not allow it to be set lower than 72. Lights had a tendency to flicker. The condo was clean and beds were comfortable.

Our first trip to HHI!

We really enjoyed our stay in this condo. It has a very comfortable, homey feel and is very tastefully decorated. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. It is in the furthest building from the beach, so it was a little bit of a challenge getting our two small kids and all their stuff to the beach, but the golf cart shuttle helped. Definitley wouldn't keep me from staying here again! I highly recommend this property!

Nice vacation

Very easy booking process and Bill was very quick to respond to emails and very accommodating in getting us a new parking pass when ours blew out our truck window ( Thank you!) Overall this rental was very nice and exactly as pictured. Only complaint is the couch and loveseat are due for an upgrade, they were rather uncomfortable but the beds were great! The resort itself was nice but a lot of rules to follow. We kind of felt like we were constantly being monitored (nothing to do with the particular unit itself but the resort in general). The pool at building 4 was very nice and a short walk to the unit. We'd recommend taking the courtesy ride to the beach or taking the short ride to Folly Field Beach.

Wonderful week

The place was great, spacey, we we're 6, and there was plenty of room. All clean, all the necessary kitchen supplies were present. Delicious coffee was very much appreciated, we got to do many things and the apartment was so convenient. All the difficulties of other places here were solved. My little grandson locked himself out of the bathroom, my husband remembered he saw a key of rooms " in case you get locked out". Solved in a moment. When we had a problem, the owner answered immediately and solved it. It was perfect. We would definitely return. Thank you!

The water went out

We have to deal with not having water from Sunday until Tuesday again. Made me feel like I missed half of my vacation because I didn’t know if I was going to get water back.

So sorry the water heater needed an unexpected repair. Since it was Sunday afternoon, no plumbers were available until Monday morning. We made a reservation for the guests to stay at a local hotel. Once again we are so sorry about the water heater malfunction. . .

Pictures are deceiving!

The unit is very dated. The beds, although there were enough for our family, proved to be very uncomfortable and in need of decent mattresses. Washed the bedding as there were stains on comforters (ugh!). The unit was not as clean as I would have expected(could write your name in the dust). The washer and dryer were a perk to renting this unit and am thankful for them, considering having to wash the bedding. Won't rent this unit again!

Thank you for your feedback as we always appreciate suggestions for improvement, The pictures show exactly how the condo looks and are not deceptive in any way. I will certainly discuss your comments with our cleaning company. Had you contacted us during your stay to make us aware we certainly would have sent them back out. Bed comfort can be a personal preference as some like soft mattress and others like firm mattress. Most of our guests have been highly satisfied as the vast majority of reviews show, nevertheless we are sorry you had a different experience, Once again, thanks for your feedback.

Hilton head resort the place to stay

Great property especially at hilton head resort. Few things to keep in mind when staying here. Master bed needs to be replaced, like sleeping in a canoe. There was a light out in the bathroom, hallway and dining room. While there was bulbs to replace they should have been done before arrival. Needs a deep clean. The vents in bathrooms and bedrooms were very dusty. Shower head in master was loose. Sprayed the walls. Again should have been noticed before arrival. Kitchen is well equipped but coffee maker would leak and you had to wait till the coffee was completely done and could not use while brewing. Bunk hed support beams were worn and need to be tighten. Again all minor details but became more noticeable as they kept being noticed. Resort is amazin but i would try another apartment.

Adequate, nothing special

The condo was on the gloomy, dismal side. Window in the living room was small and didn't allow in much sunlight. Blinds could be open and closed but not raised. Weather was chilly and overcast the first several days of our stay and it was depressing to sit in the condo. Nice touch to have toiletries (shampoo, lotion, conditioner and soap) in each bathroom. Bathrooms are small so my husband took one and I took the other since it was just the two of us. Very nice to have a washer and dryer in the condo. Clean for the most part but agree with a previous review that it could use a deep cleaning in corners, walls and woodwork could use cleaned or painted. Bed was soft but we slept well on it. Condo faced the tennis courts which is stated in the description. There were lots of tournaments going on so we could hear the whack of the tennis rackets and the spectators cheering. The complex is set up more like a motel and when we were sitting in the living room or kitchen we could see people walking back and forth in front of the windows going to and from their condos. Host answered questions quickly before we booked, but afterwards sent two emails that were never answered. Traffic could be heard from the bedrooms but didn't interfere with sleep.

Your disappointment is obviously reflected in your review./rating. . The condo is painted in vibrant colors and nicely decorated in beach theme.. Glad you liked having washer & dryer in the condo and found it to be clean overall and slept well! Wish you would have called us (# posted in the condo) if we could have helped you, I checked and for some unknown reason we didn't receive emails from you during the stay. Wonderful week at the beach!!

Our family enjoyed staying in this clean, well stocked condo for a week! The kitchen was well stocked and everything functioned really well and we cooked almost every day. The space was large enough for our family of 5 not to be on top of each other. The location was great - close to the beach, bike trails right outside the entrance, short drive to restaurants, shopping and putt putt golf. I wish the resort had a better gym but the hot tub and sauna were a nice bonus! We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Property and Stay

Bill was extremely helpful and thorough for this stay. The condo was very clean and check-in and out were seamless. We all enjoyed the resort and for the price I’m pretty confident this rental can’t be beat. High likelihood we will make it back here.

Great Pickleball court out the front door!

Property as described. Beds soft and condo was well supplied . A dated resort for budget minded people . Worked well for us. Good communication between the owner and myself. Beautiful weather to boot! Nice Pickleball court with lights.
