Recently renovated with beautiful finishes, this home blends luxury, comfort, and tranquility. Relax on one of the expansive decks with your morning coffee or while enjoying one of New Mexico's amazing sunsets. Whether lounging by the pool or stargazing under the desert sky, this is the perfect place to unwind and relax.

KITCHEN
The open-concept gourmet kitchen is fully equipped to satisfy your culinary desires, while the formal dining space with seating for ten sets the stage for memorable meals shared with loved ones.
BEDROOMS:
With four bedrooms featuring 5 plush king beds, this home offers ample space for families or groups of friends. The 5th king bed sits perched in the loft of one of the bedrooms, accessed by a ladder.
The primary suite, features a private balcony, high ceilings, expansive walk-in closet and spa-like bath. Indulge in the luxury of a heated floor and a double shower, or unwind with a lavender epsom salt bath in the standalone tub while soaking in panoramic views of the mountains and city skyline.
OUTDOOR AMENITIES:
Outdoor enthusiasts will delight in the array of amenities awaiting them. Four decks and a patio provide the perfect vantage points to soak in the surrounding beauty, whether it's the city lights twinkling below or the rugged rock formations in the distance. Nearby hiking trails beckon, offer endless opportunities for adventure. Take a dip in the pool (open May through September), or relax year-round in the hot tub. As night falls, gather around the gas fire pit to share stories and laughter under the starry sky.
FAMILY FRIENDLY:
Guests traveling with children will be delighted to find a pack-n-play, high chair, kid-friendly plates, cups and utensils, and toys. Adults and children alike will enjoy the shuffleboard table and board games
PARKING:
This home has a large driveway which can fit at least five vehicles, as well as a two car garage with clicker you can use.
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
1. This home does have two main floor bedrooms. However, the kitchen and dining room are upstairs, as is the primary suite. The game room, great room and fourth bedroom are all accessed by a small handful of stairs. The home has a unique layout, and the ability to climb stairs is required to enjoy the whole house. Also, the 5th king bed is in the loft, accessed by a ladder. Should you want to sleep 10 people in this home, two of them need to be able to climb a ladder and climb into the loft, which shares the room with another king bed below.
2. Pool Hours are 9am -9pm. The pool is open seasonally from May through the end of September. This is subject to change due to weather.
3. PLEASE NOTE: The minimum booking age for this property is 25. We require a copy of your ID to confirm name and date of birth at the time of booking to keep your reservation. Thank you!
4. Absolutely no parties, events, or other large gatherings, thank you! (If you are wanting a small family gathering, please reach out and ask!)
5. Our beautifully renovated home is cooled by two efficient, evaporative cooling systems. These work best when the windows are cracked open - and they add some welcome humidity to our desert climate! :)
