We kindly ask you to treat our space with respect as it is someone's home, not a hotel. Previous guests have loved their stay, and we trust you will too. If any issues arise, we'll try to take prompt action, but please note that there isn't a 24/7 on-site staff.

Important details to know:

- We recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against weather-related travel disruptions or other unforeseen circumstances
- We are committed to protecting our properties and keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations, which is why you will be asked to complete our independent verification through Know Your Guest.
- Please note: Before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details with us to complete your booking. You will be contacted by Know Your Guest via email and/or text to complete the verification.
- Wheelchair inaccessible due to stairs between levels and at entrance
- 14 human max
- 5 vehicle max (1-2 RVs, trailers, boats combined are allowed)
- Alcohol is not allowed near the hot tub. You are not allowed to use the hot tub if you have consumed alcohol or if you are pregnant. Enjoy the hot tub at your own risk
- No late checkout or early check-in. If you arrive early or depart late there will be a $50 charge for each
- No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/acts of god/ other things that are beyond our control
- Condiments, zip locks, charcoal and firewood are NOT provided
- No Pets. Snuck in pets will result in a $250 charge plus additional cleaning fees. You'll be asked to leave the property immediately
- We provide a starter set of coffee grounds, K Cups, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toilet paper and paper towels. You may need to buy more if you're booking an extended stay
- We provide a starter set of toilet paper, paper towels and laundry detergent. You may need to buy more if you’re booking an extended stay
- We utilize noise monitoring and occupancy counter devices to ensure quiet hours and max guest rules are adhered to. If this stipulation is violated, you will be asked to vacate the premises immediately and charged your full deposit for breach of contract. We understand that privacy is important to our guests and assure you that these tools do not record or store audio or information of any kind. They are implemented for guest safety.
- For everyone's safety, fires are strictly prohibited inside or outside the property, except for the fireplaces during the winter months. Unauthorized fires, including candles, will result in a $100 charge, plus any damages incurred.
- Important: Before you arrive you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process.
