Magnificent villa close to the historic town of Ostuni and beaches

Our beautiful villa, renovated to the highest standards, sits on the outskirts of the historic town of Ostuni, a medieval town with its maize of cobbled streets and baroque architecture. The gardens include over 200 vines, 15 different types of fruit trees, almond and olive trees. An all year round location, our villa is equipped with radiator gas central heating and air conditioning in the three double bedrooms. Outside the BBQ and large verandas make for wonderful al fresco eating and those lazy relaxing family meals. For the cooler evenings there is the modern equipped kitchen and large lounge / dining room to entertain or just enjoy romantic evenings. The villa has a roof terrace that has spectacular views for miles and offers extra privacy for sun-bathing. Ostuni, central to the area of Puglia boasts one of Europe's finest climates, spectacular natural coast line, beaches lapped by the clean waters of the Adriatic and friendly people that just love good food & wine.


Ostuni is central to Puglia and most locations are easily to drive to. Other locations to visit include Bari, Brindisi, Lecce, Alberobello, Otranto, Martina Franca and Fasano (including zoo safari)

Excellent séjour de 15 jours passé dans la villa de Linda et Neil. Nous avons reçu toutes les informations nous permettant de nous rendre aisément à Ostuni et à la villa. Cette maison est très confortable, avec une climatisation dans chaque chambre. Le jardin est vaste, avec figuiers, oliviers, amandiers…Nous avons été accueillis par Constanza et son mari très gentiment. Nous avons visité cette belle région d’Italie, nous avons profité de la mer et nous nous sommes régalés avec les spécialités. Des vacances vraiment réussies. Isabelle

Location de paradis sans reproches : fidèle à l'annonce, accueil chaleureux et serviable par Costanza et son mari, magnifique villa très bien équipée, spacieuse et impeccable avec verger qui tous les matins a fait nos délices. De plus située dans une belle ville à partir de laquelle nous avons admiré la région de Matera à Santa Maria di Leuca ! Quel séjour inoubliable ! Merci. Que dire de plus ? Notre séjour a été une envolée vers le ciel!

Bij aankomst bleek er geen wifi te zijn, terwijl dit uitdrukkelijk in de advertentie stond. Na contact met de eigenaar heeft die met extra spoed gezorgd voor een goed werkende wifi installatie. Voor het overige: prima verblijfplaats.

Un très agréable séjour

Une maison très agréable avec beaucoup d’espace à vivre, dormir et cuisiner. Le jardin très spacieux et l’environnement constituent des atouts supplémentaires. Seul bémol, Le moelleux trop ferme d’une partie du couchage, notamment celui d’une chambre. Un grand merci à Costanza qui a été très attentive à nos besoins.

Vacanze in tranquillità e relax

Villa ben organizzata attrezzata di ogni necessità, apprezzata la presenza della lavastoviglie. La posizione tranquilla in campagna garantisce una vacanza in relax e privacy. I negozi sono a circa 2km e le spiagge più vicine a circa 20 minuti di auto. Unica pecca l esterno che sarebbe da curare e l accesso alla villa che non è proprio agevole visto che si deve percorrere una stradina molto stretta. Comunque abbiamo trascorso una bella vacanza.

Vacanza bellissima casa grande e confortevole

La casa è come descritta c’e tutto il necessario ed è molto bella e confortevole, adatta ad una famiglia numerosa, noi eravamo in cinque. È necessario però che il proprietario provveda a mettere un freezer che non c’e. In estate è praticamente impossibile pensare di fare una vacanza di 7/15 giorni al mare senza un freezer. Il resto tutto bellissimo!

Bella casa dotata di tutti i comfort

E’ stata una piacevole vacanza. Siamo stati accolti all’arrivo da Costanza che ci ha fornito tutte le informazioni sulla casa e i relativi servizi ed è stata sempre molto disponibile durante tutta la permanenza. La casa è all’interno di un uliveto. Ostuni è facilmente raggiungibile anche a piedi (meno di 30 minuti di cammino). Peccato per il giardino e gli alberi da frutta non particolarmente curato,per il resto la valutazione è sicuramente positiva

Amazing time-two years in a row!

We stayed in the villa last year and had the good fortune to book it again for our holiday this year. If we return to Ostuni next year we definitely know where we will be staying! The villa details are 100% accurate-nothing has been left open to interpretation. It is located exactly 3 km from Ostuni-the town centre-not the outskirts of the town! It accommodates six adults comfortably both internally and externally. Inside is very light and airy and, on arrival, was spotlessly clean. Externally the covered verandah was perfect for relaxing-reading, drinking the excellent local wine.....For the sunworshippers in our group the roof terrace was ideal. We dined out most evenings in Ostuni but also ventured further afield. In Martina Franca we happened upon an amazing restaurant, opposite the church in the main town square, frequented by locals. It was so good we returned-twice! There are numerous beaches a short car ride from the villa. Last year we frequented Torre Guaceto so headed back this year to be immediately remembered by the manager. I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending the villa to family and friends. To finish I would like to thank Constanza and Dave who were just a phone call away and able to advise us to what to do the night the lights went out as a result of the lightning storm!

Wooderful holidays

We liked your villa very much, it is very comfortable, has a wonderful location and we found all things we needed in the house. It has a very good equipment. The weather was o.k., we could sit in the sun, made long walks at the coast and could even swim in the sea. We were in many locations in Puglia, like Bari, Alberobello, Otranto and even to Marina di Leuca. Ostuni is very nice and we found everything to shop. Most we liked the fishrestaurant La Vela in Villanova and in Brindisi Il Pescatore Jaccato at Brindisi Port.

Just perfect

The villa is fantastic, well maintained with everything you need. We stayed there from 27th aug 2010 - 10 Sept 2010. The area is really quiet and if you want a very relaxing holiday then this is the place for you.There are many beaches on the coast just a short distance away. The air conditioning is great a must in the summer months. I would recommend a visit to ostui which is very historic and certainly try a pizza there, they are perfect!. Another good place to eat is cistermino ther is a restuarant just as you go up the hill on the left hand side, the food is delicious. Alberobello is a must to visit the truli's are well worth a visit. Leece is another god place to eat with many restaurants. We also spent a day at torranto which to be honest we did not enjoy at all. Once again the villa is fantastic and I will definitely stay there again. Many thanks to Neil & Linda

Ostuni

A very comfortable, clean house in a quiet setting with wonderful surroundings, and a privileged view from the roof. Plenty of things to do and see locally if you want to, with a walk in Ostuni along the alleys that thread upwards to the cathedral whilst stopping and enjoying a drink in one of the pavement cafes a particular joy. I would have no hesitation returning.

A cosy house in Ostuni

A well-maintained and fully equipped cosy house in peaceful environment on the outskirts of the beautiful and typically Italian town Ostuni, where there was a nice "piazza", good restaurants and friendly people. Many interesting places worth seeing nearby. Clean and free sandy beaches about 10 km away.Highly recommendable property.
