Weekend stay for birthday and card show

The property is in a great location. We had a booth set up at a card show on Ave Q and this location was quick and easy to get to from there by just hopping on the Marsha Sharp Freeway. The house is beautiful. There are TVs in each bedroom plus the living room. 2 nice showers and 3 separate toilet areas which was great for the 2 teenage boys we had with us. The hot tub is very nice and in a secluded part of the backyard. The basketball court is outside of the fence but an area with plenty of room to play if you wanted. Heating and air worked great! Kitchen was a good size with all the things needed. We really enjoyed everything about our stay!!

Such a great place. Convenient to Tech in a very safe neighborhood. Very comfortable, updated, great attention to detail such as fans in the bedroom and noise machine. Plenty of towels and bedding. Would love to stay here again.

Softball Tournament

We were in town for a softball tournament and this was a great house for our family as it offered a hot tub to get into after long days at the field. House is very clean and in a great location. Had a minor issue, but the property manager & owner were VERY responsive and went out of their way to get it all straightened out. Would highly recommend!

Convenience and charm in Lubbock

Wonderful, spacious, and beautifully appointed house within walking distance to Texas Tech University. We thoroughly enjoyed our time inside the house and out in the lovely and peaceful back yard. The house is stocked with everything you will need for your stay. One of the very best rentals that we have encountered.

Our stay was wonderful in every way!

We were so impressed with the amount of space this lovely home has and most importantly the cleanliness. There was plenty of privacy and it was furnished with very comfortable furniture. The kitchen has everything needed to prepare meals and make a great cup of coffee. The backyard is so inviting and the hot tub was awesome. The noise level is very impressive as well. Super quiet neighborhood to be so close to 19th and the University. Brenda responds to text promptly too. We highly recommend The Green Door.

TTU college visits & basketball game weekend

Outstanding!! The property is fantastic & could not be a better location for access to the TTU campus. All aspects of our stay were handled extremely well. Thank you very much Brenda - will look forward to staying with you again!

Awesome, large, cute and well equipped!!

We were impressed with the size of the property, it has been remodeled and looks great! It was well stocked with towels, dishes, etc. and we wanted for nothing! The backyard is cute and has amenities and wildlife! We contacted the property manager and she was easy to get a hold of. We would totally stay again!

The perfect Lubbock house

We booked The Green Door for our trip back home to Lubbock for Thanksgiving and the house exceeded all expectations! The house is laid out perfectly, with ample space for our family of four which included a 2 and 4 year old. You can't beat the location it's a very short walk to campus, the arena and close to all of my old favorite restaurants in Lubbock. We will be booking The Green Door again for all of our future trips back to Lubbock.

Comfortable and great location

Our family stayed here while visiting a friend who plays basketball for Tech, location was perfect. We were able to walk to the arena for both games, and really enjoyed our stay. The house is very comfortable, and we had plenty of space for our family of five.

Wow! This amazing place has it all!

The Green Door blew away our expectations. I can't tell you how many times we said, "they really did think of everything". The house feels clean, fresh, and new and is super well-appointed with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The house looks small from the curb, but don't be fooled - there is PLENTY of space inside. The 3 bedrooms are large with big, comfy beds and the kitchen is big and clean, with everything you'd need to cook a family dinner, including new appliances. The 2 large bathrooms are clean, modern, and newly renovated. The backyard is inviting with plenty of shade for hot Lubbock afternoons, and you can wind down with a dip in the hot tub or sit by the cozy fire on the back patio. The location is also fantastic - it's on a quiet street but within easy walking distance to the Texas Tech campus.The owner was very communicative and welcoming, and responded quickly when we had a question during our stay. We will definitely be returning to the Green Door when we return to Lubbock.
