Spacious villa w/pool AC WiFi close to Guiones Beach
Casa de Sueño is a beautiful newly renovated 5 bedroom, 4.5 bath home with an outdoor shower, an open plan kitchen, spacious living area, comfortable patio, pool and gazebo. The house accommodates 12-14 people and is just a minute's walk to gorgeous Playa Guiones, shops and restaurants.
Featuring A/C and ceiling fans in each bedroom, large ceiling fans in the vaulted central living space, handmade hardwood furniture, stainless steel appliances, high-speed internet, and Samsung SMART TV with Netflix.
The 5 bedrooms are split across two structures - the main house with 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms and the separate casita has 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom.
The floor plan of the main house has an intuitive, open design with the kitchen facing the living area as well as the pool/patio area. The large living room, tv lounge, patio and gazebo have all-new furniture with plenty of space to relax after a long day of surfing and beach time.
Among the best features of the house are the two master bedroom suites, each with its own newly redecorated bathroom and king-sized bed. The first master bedroom faces the pool and back patio where you’ll wake up to singing birds and a tropical garden. The second master bedroom is directly off the tv lounge and completely private from the first with solid concrete walls in between.
The casita is just behind the main house and gives the guests staying there a bit of privacy from the main house without too much separation. This was just finished in early 2021 and has 18-foot ceilings, a full kitchen, queen sized bed, a comfortable couch, an indoor/outdoor bar and patio and a large bathroom with an indoor/outdoor shower.
The comfort of the 2 houses and the proximity to town and the beach make Casa de Sueño a great choice for an easy and convenient holiday in Nosara.

Nosara is a developing community so construction/remodeling is happening next to the house. We are currently offering a discounted rate already applied since Nosara is a rapidly growing community and we have seen a lot of construction projects go up lately. Unfortunately, the projects themself are out of our control. However, we just want you to be aware of this before you book so you can consider this. Please reach out to us for more information!
Property management & Concierge Services
The property manager is available daily from 8 am to 5 pm and 5 pm - 8 am only for emergencies

While Costa Rica does have many of the conveniences you are accustomed to having at home, navigating a foreign country can feel a bit tricky. For that reason, we’re here to help curate your experience and itinerary to be the best it can be. From booking surf lessons and ATV tours, to arranging your rental car or shuttle, to organizing your private chef and massages, we’re here for you.
Security
Nosara is absolutely a wonderful community and we can't wait to share all the good things that it has to offer. We care a great deal about our clients and for that reason, we also want to make you aware of one of the véry few downsides to Nosara: petty theft (they usually are out for your cash and your belongings as in any other tourism area). We would like to understand the dynamics of the group, so we can take care of you, put you in the right house and downsize the chance of you having any issues with this. Please feel free to inquire for more information. If not included, the property manager can arrange a dinner guard at an additional cost. The guest is responsible for securing and protecting their personal belongings and valuables left in and around the Property and for ensuring that all security features available are enabled every time they leave the Property.
Internet and Electricity
In the jungle, the utility infrastructure is unpredictable. There may be power, phone, and/or internet outages and interruptions in service. The Guest should not leave electronics plugged in during rainstorms. There isno guarantee that the Internet will always work. We have an excellent mobile phone signal with Kolbi and data rates are very reasonable. If internet access always is crucial, we encourage you to bring an unlocked phone and get a Kolbi SIM card.Please note that the Homeowner nor the Property Manager has no control over these situations and no refunds or discounts will be offered for outages or interruptions to these services. If there's any problem with the Property, please report it to the Property Manager.
Water
During the dry season months of December through April, the Property may have low water pressure due to temporary or scheduled water outages. We will do our best to notify Guests of any interruptions in water service or regularly scheduled water shut-offs.
Jungle creatures
We make every effort to present a well-cleaned home for your arrival. However, it is a jungle out there and nature can move in at any time. The Homeowners and Property Manager are not responsible for the fumigation or removal of insects that may enter the Property during the Guest's stay.Even though the house is regularly fumigated on a maintenance schedule, expect to see ants, beetles, spiders, and other assorted insects year-round. Bugs are especially active during the rainy season, May through November. Every effort is made to present a clean home at Check-In. To minimize the impact of bugs on your vacation, please keep food wrapped, store it in the refrigerator, clean kitchen counters and screen doors closed at all times (particularly at night).
Refunds
No refunds will be given for natural disasters, water outages, internet outages, security breaches, personal property losses, or nearby construction noise. This area is a rapidly growing community. There is no guarantee there will not be construction nearby.
Insurance
We encourage all Guests to purchase Traveler Insurance in case of unforeseen circumstances, accidents, or other issues that may prohibit Guests from travelling or fulfilling Rental terms.
