Your Own Private Luxury Boutique Resort just 2 minutes from the beach

We are one of the largest private beach properties in Playa Guiones. Our property boasts 6 separate structures, all new construction completed Thanksgiving 2015 and completely renovated in Oct 2023. We kept the Costa Rican feel with higher end custom made furnishings. The center piece of this resort property is the custom pool with swim up tiki bar Complete with a wet bar, it is the largest private pool in Nosara. The mainhouse consists of a master bedroom with ensuite and patio access to the pool. A queen bedroom shares a bath with a kids room with a bunkbed. The main house also has a custom chef kitchen. Poolside, there are 2 King Suites and two double queen suites all with ensuites. There is also a single 1 bed/1 bath custom casita with an amazing pation looking out over the gardens. All rooms are air conditioned.

We built one of the largest private "Rancho" structures in Guiones. The 2nd level has a 1,000 ft. yoga deck perfect for yoga retreats. The lower level has an outdoor living room with a bar, a 12 seat dining table, a living room area, a card table, and a full outdoor custom kitchen. In addition, there is a circular flagstone private patio off the back that offers a tropical jungle setting and an outdoor gas grill. There is a separate private covered meditation room that can be used for in house spa services, meditation or simple peace and quiet. There are 3 outdoor fountains on property that are strategically placed to provide different settings from different patios, 2 out door showers, and laundry and storage available upon request (additional costs may apply). The property has been tropically landscaped and manicured with 8 ft privacy stonewall around entire property. There is large parking area inside the private wall. The property is gated and we provide security during your stay.

Our private compound is within a 4 minute walk to the beach per google maps. You can't build on the waterfront in Playa Guiones and this is as close as you can stay. We are also within walking distance to local shops, restaurants, and small grocery store.

We have a local concierge service that can schedule anything you need like extra housekeeping, in-house chef, babysitting, dining reservations, outdoor excursions, massages, yoga, etc. These services are additional costs at your discretion or we can offer package pricing to include some or all of this.
