The newly redecorated interior features major upgrades including all-new furniture, appliances, fresh paint, and vibrant coastal decor. Stainless steel appliances and handy countertop gadgets make it easy to whip up home-cooked meals. Home essentials include free WiFi, central air-conditioning, and a private washer/dryer.

Annas Maria Island is a treat for all kinds of guests, as the activities located nearby are unbeatable. For days on the warm sand, the beach access from the complex is incredible and Manatee Public Beach is just one and a half miles down the coast. Marina Drive will be just the place to go for some fresh seafood or local cuisine as well and is mere blocks from your front door. The Freckled Fin is definitely a family favorite on the island!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
