This lovely Pool Home is perfect for two families. It has two master suites, one with a Cal King Bed and private bath and one with a Queen bed and private bath. Two children's bedrooms with Full over Full Bunk beds share a bathroom in the hall. All bedrooms have 43-inch plasma TVs.

All bedrooms have upgraded carpets. Laminate wood and tile floors throughout the rest of the home. Open concept kitchen with custom cherry wood paneled cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, and granite countertops. The breakfast nook at the granite bar countertop seats four. The dining room seats eight comfortably. Main Living Room blue-ray/DVD player. The sofa has a queen-sized sleeper. The home has wireless high-speed internet. The house has central heating and air conditioning.

The game room is off of the living room in the garage. The game room has toys, ping pong, a full-size billiard table and a full-size washer and dryer. In addition, there are strollers, a high chair, pack n' play, and a booster seat for your infants and toddlers to use.The bedding in our home is from Pottery Barn or of equivalent quality.

The rear yard has a beautiful pool, with a natural gas BBQ and outdoor seating.

This house SLEEPS 11 in Beds, and the MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY is 11 AT ANY TIME (this number is the combined total of overnight guests plus day visitors).
Maximum Vehicles 2. No RVs, Trailers, or Commercial Vehicles.
Minimum Stay 3 Nights
No Outside Music of Any Kind per Anaheim Code
No Outside noise between 10 pm and 9 am per city code. You must be inside during this time. If the home has a game room, these quiet hours also apply.

Pricing includes a mandatory pool, pool heated to 82.

Extra screening and proof of payment are required for bookings made within 2 weeks of arrival. The cardholder's name and address must match the booking's details.
