Taylor House offers a prime location—just a short stroll to the renowned Oceanic Restaurant and the iconic Crystal Pier. Enjoy the vibrant mid-island shopping and dining scene, all while being nestled on a serene one-lane road with minimal traffic. First Floor:
Entrance: Step into the home and find convenient access to the elevator and two main closets for ample storage.
Second Floor:
Primary Suite: Retreat to the spacious king bedroom with a luxurious en-suite bathroom, complete with a walk-in shower, soaking tub, and a large vanity with one sink.
Bedrooms 2 & 3: Two charming rooms, each with two twin beds. These rooms share a Jack-and-Jill bathroom, featuring a large vanity and walk-in shower. Enjoy a room with two twin beds and two balconies, offering plenty of outdoor seating for relaxation and scenic views.
Third Floor:
Main Living Area: Open and airy living room with large windows, a balcony overlooking the Intracoastal Waterway, and comfortable seating.
Kitchen: Step into your dream kitchen, fully equipped and ideal for both casual meals and entertaining. Prepare your favorite dishes with ease using modern appliances and enjoy the convenience of ample counter space. The kitchen also features a stylish bar, perfect for casual drinks or a quick bite. With breathtaking views as your backdrop, this space is designed to make cooking a delight and entertaining effortless.
Queen Bedroom: A cozy queen-sized bedroom with its own private bathroom, including a walk-in shower.

The home comes fully equipped for a fun-filled beach getaway. You'll find beach chairs, bikes, beach toys, a grill, and spike ball among the amenities. Additionally, there's a selection of games available for your enjoyment, accessible via a provided code to the storage room.

We cannot guarantee the elevator will be working due to circumstances out of our control. Please read elevator instructions CAREFULLY before operating (found in the notebook). User error will result in a service charge. No children are allowed in the elevator unsupervised. Use at your own risk.
