Located on the desirable South End of Wrightsville Beach, this beautifully renovated classic beach cottage offers the perfect setting for a laid-back coastal getaway. Whether you're planning a family vacation, a weekend with friends, or simply looking to escape for some quiet time by the sea, this home delivers comfort, charm, and convenience in one of the island’s most peaceful neighborhoods. Enjoy easy access to the ocean—just a short stroll down the street—or head a block in the other direction to enjoy the sound!



The Space:

The house has 6 bedrooms that can sleep up to 14 guests (3 king, 2 queen, 2 twins, 1 pull out queen sofa) as well as 3 full baths and an outdoor shower. The charming and bright kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker, ice maker and all necessary cooking and entertaining essentials. There is an open living room area with a television on the main level and 2 reclining chairs. The dining room seats at least 8, with a kitchen pass through right off of it with barstools.



On the main level there are 3 bedrooms (King, King, and Twins) and 1 bath, upstairs you'll find 2 more bedrooms (King & Queen) and an additional full bath. On the ground level you'll find the 6th bedroom with a queen bed, another living/game area with a pull out sofa. There’s a full size ping pong table, pac-man game table and tv. Outside on the main level is a large covered & gated porch the wraps around the side of the house with adirondack chairs, a hammock, and a daybed perfect for napping!



Lumina Cottage is equipped for traveling families! We provide a high chair, booster seat, crib, and umbrella stroller. You can find sippy cups and kids utensils in the kitchen!



Guest Access:

Guests have access to the entire house with the exception of the owners closet on the third floor as well as the garage which are both locked.



The Neighborhood:

We're a quick walk from SUNdays Cafe, The Oceanic Pier and restaurant and South End Surf Shop.

This is a mostly year round residential area of the beach. Our neighbors have small kids and pets- please be respectful and limit loud noises at night.



Getting Around:

We have 4 parking tracks in front of the house- we recommend backing in if you have a backup camera as it’s much easier to see the concrete strips!

2-3 cars can parallel park along the back of the house.



Other Things to Note:

1. No events without prior approval

2. As a professional property management firm, we do require a signed rental agreement per the NCREC

3. Inclement weather will not be grounds for any refund if within the cancellation period.

4. Please notify our office if you’re planning to bring a pet as the following pet policy will apply: A maximum of 2 dogs are permitted.

5. Dogs are NOT permitted on the beach from April 1st-September 30th (Wrightsville Beach rule- not ours!)
