Welcome to our cozy and charming 2-bedroom cottage nestled in the heart of historic Centerville Village. Just one mile from the beautiful sands of Craigville Beach, this inviting retreat offers the perfect blend of Cape Cod charm and modern comfort.

Inside, you'll find two comfortable bedrooms, a well-equipped kitchen, and a bright, welcoming living space—perfect for relaxing after a day by the sea. Step outside and enjoy the private yard, complete with an outdoor shower for rinsing off sandy feet after beach adventures.

All linens and towels are provided for your convenience, and a beach pass is included to make your stay stress-free. You're just minutes from Hyannis, where you'll find great shopping, restaurants, and ferries to the islands.

Whether you're here to unwind or explore, this centrally located cottage is the ideal Cape Cod getaway.

Lovely stay

We had a nice stay at this property. Neil and Paula were kind and responsive. The house was clean, quaint and small and close to some lovely beaches.

Wonderful vacation

We had a wonderful stay in Centerville! Very easy to check in and a perfect location for our young children. The house was clean and the laundry in the basement was a bonus. We really enjoyed our time here and look forward to coming back!

Terrific holiday weekend

We loved this vacation home! It was very comfortable and very clean! Perfect location near family for a very enjoyable holiday weekend! And we got to take our little furry family member too. It was great to meet the owner when I got there. Very beautiful property! I sure hope we will get the chance to stay there again.

Beautiful Centerville

Our stay was lovely! Neil and Paula were wonderful hosts and the home was very comfortable. There were five of us so sharing the bathroom took some patience, but thankfully there is also an outdoor shower which is came in handy. The beds were comfy and the outdoor sitting areas were perfect for relaxing.We will definitely stay in one of Paula & Neil’s homes when we head back this way in the future. We had the best stay!!

First get away in 18 months ...

Everything was perfect‼️ The house, the location, the owners. We had a GREAT time : ocean, seafood, biking & the rail trail. Even the 🌞🌞🌞cooperated for all three days!!

The property was clean and well taken care of. The location is great.

My family had a great vacation. The house is well maintained and close to everything. The A/C was necessary as the temperatures were well into the 90's. We were surprised by the security cameras both on the inside and outside of the property.

FANTASTIC PLACE!

Paula & Neil were amazing hosts and this property was absolutely immaculate! Great location, Great neighborhood and Great time. Very pet friendly with safe and beautiful areas to walk our dog Lola. Very close to beach, great seafood and ice cream. Also close to Rt 28 which is the central artery that takes you through the Cape. Thanks again Paula and Neil. We look forward to staying here again in the future!

Absolutely perfect stay!

What a wonderful Cape cottage! It was clean, comfortable and central to everything. 5 min from Craigville Beach and the lake, 3 min walk to the library, playground, Penny Candy Store and Four Seas Ice Cream! The cottage had laundry, an amazing outdoor shower, and all the amenities you need for a relaxing Cape Cod vacation! Neil and his wife couldn’t have been more enjoyable to work with and were such wonderful hosts! Thank you guys for making our visit so special!!

Great Relaxing space!

Paula and Neil were communicative and ensured to contact me in preparation of the upcoming visit within the week prior to the stay. Neil was on site and very supportive with answering questions regarding the area and answered all my questions/concerns re: beaches, local restaurants and things to do as a family. My children and I felt very happy and at home. I would recommend this location as a great vacation, R&R spot for anyone. It was awesome. Thanks Neil and Paula.

Perfect location for the beach and more

I can’t overstate how nice it was having access to multiple beaches within a short drive, and a beach pass that allowed us to explore more than one beach in a day to find the best fit for our family. Even on rainy days we were minutes from Hyannis and Osterville and we’re able to shop, visit the JFK museum, and choose from among several good restaurants. Our kids loved being close to Putt-putt, ice cream, and penny candy at the general store. We loved our clean accommodations, extra linens, access to a washer/dryer, and having a fully functional kitchen. Our hosts were thoughtful and checked in on us to make sure we had everything we needed. We would definitely rebook for another stay.

Perfect spot for families

This property was perfect for our family, a couple with 2 kids (ages 5 and 2). The owners Paula and Neil live nearby and were very responsive. We couldn’t get the bathtub plug to engage and Neil fixed it right away. Also we left some stuff in the dryer and they mailed it back to us priority mail. The beaches are a close drive and there is a playground, general store, and ice cream shop within an easy walk w/ sidewalks. 10/10 would stay again. Highly recommend.

Wonderful cottage for a young family- great location!

We stayed at this cottage the past two years. Our two children, 3 and 7, shared the second room with no complaints. We were very comfortable for our week long stay. Laundry downstairs is a big bonus. Centerville is a great little town, with a great playground and a general store that we love. Very close to the beach - included parking permit was great; can be used in multiple villages and we used it at the boat dock in Cotuit. Ed is friendly and helpful and all of our interactions have been positive. We would definitely recommend staying here. On this trip we enjoyed Highfield Hall in Falmouth, breakfasts at the Daily Paper in Hyannis, shopping at Mashpee Commons, Craigville Pizza (have one at Craigville beach at sunset), Roadhouse Cafe and Spanky's in Hyannis. We took our boys to the Pirate Adventure out of Hyannis - they loved playing pirates on a real ship! We come to Cape Cod yearly to visit family, but would recommend a trip here to anyone. The things to do list is endless!

So-so

The cottage is very small and on a busy road. It's not the best place for kids or dogs. One of the twin beds is a cot and is not comfortable. The air conditioning cools the living room and one of the bedrooms. However, the bedroom with the twin beds was stuffy and hot. The one bathroom is centrally located and lacks privacy - you can see through the split door. Having 6 adults in the space would be very tight. The kitchen table seats 3. The owners were not present to let us into the cottage at the specified time. The kitchen has plastic plates and bowls that are not sturdy. There is no dishwasher. Also, the price is $100 more than advertised since $100 of the deposit is to pay for obligatory house cleaning. Needless to say, we will not go back. The beaches in the Centerville area are great, particularly Craigville Beach. The cottage comes with a beach pass.

Neil and Paula purchased this property in April 2021 when they decided to move from their home in metro-west Boston to the Cape. Their goal is to continue the high standards that were set in place by the previous owner and, if possible, make them even better! We aim to always be available for any of our clients needs and questions and we want everybody to leave having had a relaxing vacation and ready to return year after year!

It's a great place and you will feel at home. It's 4 miles or a cheap cab ride to shopping and may great restaurants on Main Street in Hyannis Center. There is a Bus Stop about 30 yards from the front door that will take you to Hyannis or many other Cape destinations. Best Sushi anywhere I have found to date, Seafood like no place in the Country and great traditional American, Italian and Mexican. There is an active nightlife with many nighttime entertainment options. We would love to share our experiences with you. We can offer you suggestions on anything Cape Cod. Just ask!
