This is the view you have been dreaming about!!!

Front and center with straight on, unobstructed, views of the beautiful Gulf of Mexico! This condo overlooks those gorgeous white sand beaches and emerald waters that this part of Florida is famous for! From glorious mornings reeling in the first catch of the day to exciting days chasing waves and splashing in the waters and then relaxing evenings on the balcony sipping wine as you watch the sun disappear into the waters beyond the fishing pier - this condo offers pure bliss for everyone!

Location, location, location! We are literally next door to the landmark fishing pier and The BoardWalk (with shopping and restaurants) on one side and the Gulf Islands National Seashore on the other. Destin West Resort is amazing! There is something for everyone! Obviously, you're here for the beach, but be sure to check out the massive pool and hot-tub just below the balcony. Across the street is the lazy river... just take the walking bridge on the third floor to get there. It's the perfect spot to float in your tube and just relax! Want to get in a workout? Head down to the ground floor and there is a full gym. Destin West Resort offers amenities far above the other communities in the area. It just does not get any better! Nature and private beauty one direction, fun and entertainment the other.

The living room is well accommodated with a comfy couch for snuggling in the evenings while you watch a movie. Or curl up with a good book in the cozy arm-chair with your feet up on the ottoman. The dining area can comfortably seat 4 and there is a breakfast bar with stools for even more seating in the kitchen area.

The kitchen is well stocked with pots and pans, cooking utensils, flatware, and dishes. We have it all covered! There is a Keurig in the kitchen, so if you have a favorite morning brew, bring it with you!

The beds are extremely comfortable and the bathrooms are fully stocked. If there is anything you need, do not hesitate to let us know! We love sharing this piece of paradise with our guests - many become repeat guest and long-time friends!

EXCELLENT LOCATION! Steps from the Beach with a Great view from the balcony. Walking distance to the Board Walk and Okaloosa pier and just a very short drive across the bridge to all of the shopping outlets on the main strip. The condo was super clean, as well as property grounds/pools/hot tub. It was well equipped with anything you need for the beach - boogie boards, sand castle buckets/shovels/nets, beach wagon, umbrella (the one we used had some issues, but worked well enough), beach chairs (didn't use because we brought out own) in the master bedroom closet - many things if I had know, would have saved room packing. Plenty of soaps, toilet paper, towels/wash cloths, etc. Again, very well stocked with all the necessities. Bonnie (the host) was Super responsive and So helpful and sweet with any questions we had, along with recommendations for local eats and things to do. Rockin Tacos - walking distance and right on the beach We took her up on the suggestion to go party deep sea fishing and OH My Goodness, we had an Absolute Blast! 4 minute drive to Destin Princess and Destiny Party Fishing Across the street from Wild Willy's Adventure Zone and down the street from Gulfarium. 10/10 recommend and plan on coming back!

Location was excellent. Pool and beach were amazing! Condo furniture could use some updating. Beds very comfortable! Kitchen well stocked with anything you need! Only hiccup was that listing stated included beach side chair service but when we got there, the host said it did not even though it was stated in the listing. Found out that it was not renewed when we were actually at the check in stand. VRBO made it right and reimbursed us for the beach side chair service used during our trip. Please clarify with Bonnie before renting as it is still listed as included. VRBO is aware.

My family of four enjoyed this condo. Bonnie was super easy to work with and made check in/check out seamless. The condo was clean with a nice view directly to the beach and overlooking the pool. It was a super easy walk on the property to the white sugar sandy beaches. No need to cross the street to get to the beach. The property grounds were well taken care of and the parking garage was easy to park in with parking directly on the level of your condo to avoid elevators. We did check out the lazy river at the bayside property, which was accessible via sky bridge. It was a fun time and there were tubes available at the lazy river. Bonnie had everything we needed in the kitchen for breakfast prep, and the washer and dryer worked very well. I loved all the hooks for hanging things up in the hallway. The master bedroom closet contained about four boogie boards, a couple of folding chairs, an umbrella, a couple of footballs, and some sandcastle building materials. There is a company that does chair and umbrella rentals right on the beach for an extra charge. We hope to come back to this condo soon!

My Family and I had a wonderful experience staying at this awesome resort. We had the best time with so much to offer. The beach was so close and my kids loved all of the pools and lazy river. Bonnie was the best host and communication was excellent! The condo was very well-stocked and had a well-laid out floor plan. The parking deck was easy to access from our condo which was a plus. Great location! The Unit was spacious and clean with a ocean view. We enjoyed the easy access to the beach and relaxing in the lazy river.Bonnie checked in with us to make sure we had everything we needed.

Our son married his beautiful wife on this island. We were immediately drawn by the beautiful sunsets, dancing dolphins and the peace it brought over us. Love was in the air and we feel it everytime we come to visit!

Location, Location, Location! We have straight on views of the Gulf. I can be standing in the kitchen or sitting in the living room and I look straight out at the beach!!! We can walk over to the Boardwalk for a sunset dinner, go float in some inner tubes when we have had too much sun, get away from everyone and walk to the east side of our property and be on national park...... it does not get any better.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

We work so hard that when we come to the beach we just want to relax and re-energize. There is something about the Gulf that rejuvinates and floating in The Lazy River is totally peaceful. It just does not get much better than this.
