Our condo comfortably sleeps 6 with 2 private balconies. The master bedroom balcony/PATIO has a breathtaking view of the emerald waters and sugar white sands of the Gulf. The living room balcony overlooks scenic Choctawhatchee Bay, the lush landscaping of our 700 ft Lazy River Pool, heated pool with waterfall pool, zero entry pool and hot tubs and private marina. Our condo, with the free, secure Wi-Fi, is part of Destin West Beach and Bay Resort which provides our bayside guests access to the Free gym with full amenities is included.- fitness center, large pool with separate hot tub and a Tiki bar on the beach. Enjoy the new marina on the Bay that you can fish from (no license required) or walk on...goes out 600 ft out into the Bay. A full size/separate washer and dryer is included. Lots of restaurants and shops within walking distance of this condo.

There are large HI-def flat screen TV's with DVR players in both the living and master bed rooms. The bunk bed area also has a flat screen TV with built-in DVD player for the kids to watch their favorite movies and a Large privacy curtain. It is off the hall and has its own bath room with shower. The bunk area is separate and private with a "ceiling to floor" retractable curtain for privacy. That way the kids don't need to bother the parents in the morning. A full-size separate washer and dryer is inside the condo that you can use to keep your belonging fresh and clean.

You will love the new King Bed in the spacious Master Bedroom... comfortable and roomy. The Master Bed room is furnished with classic and comfortable furniture.. All top of the line. Don't forget the added value of this corner condo...both with the multiple windows and the added private balcony off the Master Bedroom. Imagine yourself sipping coffee while you sit on the balcony and look out over to the State Park, Beach and waters of the Gulf (across the street) and Destin proper (off to the East). The furniture in the Living room is classic/rich-looking and comfortable. The dinning table with the bar stools allows full dining pleasure for 6. A new designer sleeper sofa and adjustable lounge chair are all you need to lounge around and sleep very comfortably in the living room area.
Destin West beach and Bay (Caribbean style resort) is one of the newest and most unique on Okaloosa Island. In the middle of a lush, tropical landscape (bay side) is a lazy river ( the longest in the area) with a zero entry pool and 2 hot tubs. Fish from the bay, catch dinner and grill on one of the many BBQ's. Want to spend time on the beach? Just a fun walk over the SKY WALKWAY. While on the gulf side enjoy all the amenities it has to offer including a 5000 sq ft pool and a state of the art fitness center. Guests at Destin West also can have fun at The Island Hotel restaurants and Tikki Bar.

An elevated bridge provides safe walking access over highway 98 to the beautiful sugar white sand beach and the amenities associated with the Destin West Gulf property. The largest swimming pool on the island, a smaller partially covered pool that is heated in the cooler months, beach access, and hot tub, are all included in your stay.
Okaloosa Island is centrally located near great restaurants, night clubs, water sports, fishing piers, water parks, aquarium and the Boardwalk that has really fun bars and night clubs. Just over the bridge is the Harborwalk's fine restaurants, shops and fireworks every Thursday night in the summer.
