Welcome to your peaceful retreat overlooking the beauty of Lake Huron! This charming two-bedroom home, located just north of Port Sanilac, comfortably accommodates eight guests. Relax on the spacious deck with stunning lake views, ideal for sipping morning coffee or watching evening sunsets. Inside, you'll find all the cozy comforts of home, while the lakefront location provides the ultimate setting for relaxation. This lakeside escape is your perfect getaway!
1. No Bachelorette or bachelor parties.
2. DO NOT STAND OR CLIMB ON WELLS. 3 of the 4 wells on the beach are active and well lids can break if stood on causing the individual to fall deep down a well that will lead to serious injury and possible death.
a. No smoking allowed in the house and or sunrooms.
b. Cigarette butts are to be disposed in an aluminum coffee can outside.
3. No use of illegal substances on property
4. Animals and or pets are not allowed in the homes.
a. Animals are not to be left in a vehicle on or near the property.
b. Damages by animals will be subtracted from the deposit or billed additionally later.
5. Beach Safety
a. Swim at your own risk. Owner is not liable for injury or death in the lake. There is no lifeguard.
b. Water shoes are suggested to limit the chance of injuries from rocks.
c. NO Diving. This is a shallow lake with many rocks.
6. Children
a. Small children must always be supervised outside of the home.
i. We are located close to a busy road.
ii. Lake poses potential safety hazards for those not used to swimming.
iiii. Steps to beach are steep, do not run down them. Use a flashlight at night.
7. Fire Safety
a. Fire extinguisher is located under the kitchen sink and there is a small bottle next to the stove.
b. Fires are allowed on the beach. Please ensure that you put out the fire on the beach before going to bed for the night. Easiest way is to smother the fire with sand.
8. Thermostat: if the temperature outside goes below 50F then the heat for the home must remain on. Please don’t turn it off when you leave.
9. Please clean the grill after each use. NOTE: Please disregard this item if there's no grill.
