The listing says the heater to the pool is not heated and I send this information too when sending check-in instructions sorry you missed all that info. and the ice maker works, you have to pull the lever up to create ice. It says it on the ice maker in the freezer, Wish you would have communicated that when you were at the home we would have let you know.

As per the listing the pool heater is disconnected and home does not come with a washer and dryer. That’s why my house is on the lower end of pricing, I do take that into consideration. As for the king bed the boxsprings underneath could have been a little off causing it to feel uneven. We’ll take a look at it. Thanks for letting us know and thanks for staying with us!

No scammers here! You are the 1st ones I have taken a deposit from all year. Penalizing for cleaning the house?? The pool system was messed with and I told you my findings. The pool was almost turning green from someone turning off the system, you were charged $50 for extra chemicals to get it back to normal. It is always on auto and someone from your group manually turned it off. The trash can outside was completely filled and trash bags outside of it. Doesn’t make sense how trash was picked up and still overflowed with trash leaving trash bags outside of the trash can and I charged you $30 for the city to pick up a 2nd time. Never seen an overflow of trash like that before. It was a pretty fair charge for those items, which you are upset about. Interesting how you wrote to me after check out that you had such a great stay. Seems like it’s the charges that upset you. Trust me it could have been more. Pool cleaning can easily go into the hundreds.
