The Space
Hi! Welcome to The Good Vibes House, situated in a highly desirable neighborhood of Escondido! Hidden in this quiet, family friendly neighborhood is a spectacular backyard resort that we have enjoyed throughout the years, hosting to friends and family.

The kids favorite feature of the backyard is the pool slide and putting green, while we personally enjoy taking care of the Avocado trees and fruit trees as they produce very fruitful harvest every year. If you happen to be a welcome guest during those seasons, you'll love the fresh avocados, valenica oranges, tangelos, pomelos, figs, and more.

The record player in the listening room does not work.

Game room: Get competitive in a match or two of your game of choice! The entertainment room is equipped with a billiard table, foosball table, projector and much more.

Outdoor area:

Unwind outside in the lavish backyard equipped for all your relaxation needs! Soak in the radiance of the Southern California sun. Take a dip in the pool or jacuzzi after a few games of your choice.

Enjoy the fire pit and get cozy with the beautiful night sky!

The Highest Speed Wi-Fi to help support all guests working remotely or distance learning.

Smart TVs throughout the house and living areas (You are welcome to log into your own Netflix or other smart tv accounts)

Disclaimer: By accepting this reservation, you are holding the owner harmless from any accidents or injury on the property, or any accidents or injury from hot tub/pool/fire pit.

No children are to be left unattended in or by the pool at all times.

This is a residential neighborhood and we expect our guests to respect their surroundings.

Please be advised that the Quiet ordinance in this area is from 10pm-8am. No one can be outside from 10pm-8am!

Again, this is a family friendly neighborhood and we have to respect those around us, music will echo to other neighbors yards and there will be a fine.

POOL/SPA
It is optional to heat the pool.
If you want the pool heated, we have a 3-day minimum.

There is an additional fee to heat the pool.
Prices vary depending on the time of year.
Oct-March: $150 per day /3 consecutive day minimum.
April-May: $125 per day/3 consecutive day minimum.
June and Sept: $100 per day /3 consecutive day minimum.
July and Aug: $75 per day/3 consecutive day minimum.
(you most likely won't need the pool heated in July and August. The pool temperature is warm and usually in the low to mid 80's).

Please Note:
We don't heat the pool past 85 degrees.
Pool temp can vary depending on weather conditions.
We can make an exception however it does cost more.

Tampering with the pool heat or accidentally turning it on will have a $150 per day fee.
PLEASE DO NOT TOUCH THE POOL EQUIPMENT OUTSIDE.
It will disable the system causing nothing to work.

Please note: It is common to see debris at times in the pool.
The pool vacuum will grab it or you can use the skimmer if you want to manually do it.

You cannot heat the pool and the spa at the same time.
We first heat the pool to temp then you can turn on/off the spa when needed.

Hot tub is available for guests at no additional charge. Hot tub heater must be turned off after each use and overnight.
PLEASE NOTE: No jumping off of the hot tub.

Pool Vacuum must stay in the pool at all times. It may not be removed or disconnected whatsoever otherwise the pool equipment will get air and need to be replaced. Guests will be responsible for replacement if left unplugged or out of pool.

Pool Vacuum-Please Note:
Do not take the pool vacuum out of the pool (That includes part of the hose or the whole thing). Doing so will damage the pool equipment!!
If it happens, we may not be able to fix during your stay. This information is also in the house rules section. If the pool vacuum gets disconnected, please submerge under water to get out the air bubbles before you reconnect.

We are a smoke free home, this also includes the backyard. This includes vaping and marijuana.

We do not allow ANY parties at any time.

Guests listed in the booking are the only guests permitted on the property at all times. NO additional guests permitted.

We do not allow any pets in the home due to severe allergies, this also includes any service or emotional support animals. Due to severe allergies we are unable to accommodate.

Green bins are only for landscaping. There is a $500 fine for throwing trash in the green bins or recycling bins.

Please DO NOT open garage doors. Game Room located in Garage.

Must be 25+ to book.

PLEASE NOTE:
There are a few days of the year that we don’t allow check -ins and check- outs. These specific dates are designated as pass through days.

-New Years Eve & New Years Day
