It was Eh..
Marcella is a wonderful woman in a sense of responding back to our texts. When the air wouldn't go below 73 when we got there, she told us to restart the breaker and it fixed it. Moreover, when the connection with the tv wasn't working at the beginning, she responded quickly and fixed it remotely when we let her know. The bed was comfy. However, the pull out mattress for the sofa was the catastrophe... You could literally feel the springs underneath the mattress.. My poor brother had to put back the pullout mattress because there was more cushion on the sofa than the mattress in the sofa.. Also, don't get me started on the hair... There was a red hair on the microwave buttons... There was multiple hairs in the towels.. they may need to empty out the lint before putting them in the dryer. Lastly, our window curtain had fell from just trying to open it up the second day and we had placed it to where it sat up on top on both sides so at least the sun would be blocked when we slept in for the rest of the 3 days stay.Lastly, the hot tob is weird it goes down six inches all the way around..Pros-5 min walk from beach, literally go downstairs and the pool is there, there is a area coming back from the beach by the pool where you can rinse yourself off of the sand. There is a ice machine on the parking floor. They had carts to use to carry multiple luggage items.The view from the balcony is nice to see the beach. They had elevators and they were not busy. Resident/outsider were kind.
