Walk inside and you’ll immediately be greeted by the big water views across a popular south lake deep water cove with a two-story double slip dock to enjoy all that lake living has to offer. After refocusing to the updated interior décor, you will notice an open floor plan with warm pine wood walls, soaring ceilings and a stone fireplace for you and your guests to enjoy. If you’re here for the outdoor living to your left you will see the large outdoor gathering area with a sofa, fireplace, alfresco dining area and a huge outdoor kitchen with bar area. That’s just the start, you will continue your exploration down the stairs to the welcoming game area with darts, pool table, poker table and natural stone bar all surrounded by big windows, natural stone floor and huge lake views.

You will access the lake with a gentle sloped path to the double slip party dock that is equipped with a seating area, lounge chairs, umbrellas and a cooler. The lower level includes an open boat slip if you would like to bring a boat, two kayaks, 8 floats and the year around 6-10’ water depth surrounding the dock that all of your guest can enjoy. If your guest prefer to drive the short walk there is also a paved drive to drop off older guests, coolers and other toys.

The Details:
Living Spaces:
The main floor living area includes a wraparound couch, two oversized chairs, big screen TV and a coffee table with wood burning fireplace and huge doors that open to the outside. Plenty of natural light and seating.

The outdoor area includes a screened porch with another huge wrap around sofa, dining area with 8 chairs and an outdoor kitchen complete with a gas grill, Blackstone flat iron griddle, side burners, fridge and freezer. There is also a bar area and another large Flat Screen to enjoy the game with a cocktail or casual dining while overlooking the huge lake views.

The lower level includes a 3rd oversized sofa with two chairs, ottomans for additional seating around a 3rd fireplace with a flat screen TV above. The seating area is overlooked by a gaming area that includes a full size billiard table, dart board, poker table, arcade style game machine, natural stone bar, another TV and plenty of barware to entertain.

Kitchen and Dining:
The kitchen is completely stocked and ready for the chef in the group to create magnificient meals to enjoy al fresco in the outdoor dining area or at the bar for a more casual experience. The kitchen is large enough for a couple of sous-chef and fully equipped including all cook ware, utensils, 10 place settings of dinnerware, crock pot, Kuerig and espresso machine.

Sleeping Arrangements and Bathrooms:
A huge master on the main floor with private screened porch and a fireplace that is equipped with a king-sized bed and en-suite bath that includes a garden tub, huge stone shower and double sink vanity. The second bedroom is furnished with 4 twin sized bunk beds. The main floor secondary bedroom is across the hall from a full bath with stone shower/tub combo and single vanity. All baths are fully stocked with soap, shampoo, conditioner and body wash.
On the lower level there is a 3rd bedroom with a king zed bed and connected full bath with stone shower/tub combo and a single vanity.

Dock:
The upper level includes a wrap around sofa with seating for 6, 4 chaise lounges for sunning, one 72’ umbrella and a large cooler. Lower level includes 2 kayaks, fishing poles, 8 floats and 10 life jackets.

Parking:
Stella Blue is accessed by a shared driveway and includes courtyard parking directly in front of the house for 4 vehicles (2 if they are large truck or SUVs). No additional parking is included and the driveway must remain clear.

Neighborhood:
Stella Blue on Lake Lanier is located on a private drive in Oakwood, Georgia – easily accessed from I-985 or Hwy 400.
