Woodland Waters is your own private terrace level apartment of our lake home with beautiful lake views.
The terrace level has 2 bedrooms, 2 baths and sleeps 6 (2 on new sofa bed). Beds are adjustable. A Pack N Play is also available.

There’s also a fully equipped kitchen, laundry room, living /dining room, office/desk area, screened porch all in your private terrace suite. The pool and dock are shared with us. occasionally. We respect your privacy but are on site and happy to talk about the lake, the area or anything else.

Relaxing …Boating…Fishing…Swimming and Fun...Large Hot Tub with lake view. Fire pit with lake view. Large separate deck, down by the lake, with outdoor games, swing and bench. Multiple decks and patios.

Swim in the pool or the lake, with plenty of water toys and end the day relaxing in our hot tub. Please make sure you rinse off with our outdoor shower before going into the hot tub or pool if you swam in the lake.

There’s a Private patio with your own grill or use the shared smoker (we have recipes, if you want them).
* Enjoy our new coffee corner. You'll have a start up kit. be your own barista!
* Like to cook? A brand new fully equipped kitchen is yours.
* Hate to cook? We’ll point you in the direction of the many restaurants in the area. Just minutes from the historic Gainesville Square with many new dining options.
* Too much sun? Sit and enjoy the view of the pool or lake from the screen porch. you can even watch TV on the porch, too. Read a book or just sit and relax.
* Are you a sun worshipper? Relax on one of the decks or patios or on top of our two story boat dock.
* Have your own boat? There’s room to safely moor it to our dock.
*There are 3 kayaks too. Two single and one double.
* Travel a mile away to a great golf course. There are many more in the area, too.
* Want to keep up with your fitness? We have an exercise / game room, with a great lake view!
* Like to just listen to music? We have a portable, large speaker system for the house, pool, screen porch and dock areas. Just plug in your music device and you’re good to go.
*Enjoy chatting around our fire pit, tell stories and make those memories.
* Upon request there is a bags (corn hole) game and variety of other outdoor games.

The terrace level is yours to enjoy.
* A master suite and bath/shower with separate sink and mirror area, complete with amenities like shampoos, soaps, hair dryer and more.
* A second bathroom including shower with an exit to the pool area.
* The second bedroom has an adjustable queen size bed. There’s space for clothes to hang and in a drawer.
* For longer stays, there’s a free laundry room, in your terrace level suite.
* You have your own two free parking spaces. More can be accommodated, if needed. Just ask.
* Keyless entry to 3 private exterior doors with your own personal code.
* You seem like you're a million miles away but in reality you're a mile from 2 major grocery stores, fire department, pharmacies and 5 minutes from town and the surrounding area. Town has everything you need shopping, museums, restaurants, hospital, and more. The surrounding mountain area is great for activities like hiking and exploring the historic mountain towns of Dahlonega and Helen. There are wineries, farms, river tubing, horseback riding, lavender farm, blueberry farm, animal preserve and zoo, botanical garden, and soooo much more, within short driving distance.
* Our safety features include smoke detectors, carbon monoxide detector, emergency lights, first-aid kit and a fire extinguisher.
* There are even two electronic fireplaces to enjoy.
* Like watching TV? There are 4 with full cable and top notch business wifi with 200 meg download speed on wifi. We also have books and magazines for your enjoyment.
