Our family-friendly home hosts up to 6 people. Bring your dog to enjoy the large fenced-in yards, BBQ and patio table in backyard.

Our cozy cottage interior features original vintage wood paneling details paired with southwest and Cowboy-inspired decor details. It’s equipped with every modern convenience, including new faux wood floors, AC/heating, and fast wireless internet.

Bedroom 1: The Master & BA
Queen bed, new medium firm mattress, wood headboard, nightstand table and lamp, 2 dressers, suitcase rack, 2 closets, window with blackout curtains, private full bathroom.

Bedroom 2
Queen bed with large wooden frame and shelf, firmer mattress, small table, large closet, window with room darkening curtains.

Living Room:
Features vintage scalloped wood paneling, sofa, widescreen TV on stand, board games, reclining armchair, rocking glider chair, coffee table, 2 side tables, lots of lamps, dog blankets, and large windows facing yard, with blackout curtains.

3rd bed:
Sofa in the living room folds out to a queen size bed, with thick mattress topper provided for added cushion, soft pillows and bed linens.

Kitchen & Dining:
Our large kitchen is fully stocked to make a gourmet meal, with a 6-person dining table in the same room, next to big sunny windows and more vintage wood paneling.

Includes fridge/freezer, stove, microwave, Brita water filter, ice in the freezer, automatic drip coffee maker, countertop dishwasher, indoor and outdoor dish ware and glasses. Coffee and tea staples provided and basic condiments, along with a few complimentary refreshments of soda, popcorn and granola bars.

Bathrooms:
The 2 bathrooms are small but have full amenities like standard shower/bathtubs with curtains, as well as sinks and toilets. One is connected to the master bedroom, and the other opens off the lounge. All stocked with fresh towels, shampoo, conditioner, body and hand soap.

Front Porch:
Relax in the shade of our front porch like a local, while you enjoy our complimentary refreshments. The two side yards are connected to the front, also fenced, with gates dividing the front and back yards.

Backyard:
Our backyard is entirely fenced in, with a private wood fence 3/4 of the way, and chain link on one side, suitable for all kinds of dogs to be kept safely inside.

Watch your dog run around freely while you BBQ with your group with our gas grill at our 6-top patio table with sun umbrella, and another table nearby.

Solar string lights illuminate your night under the stars, and you can use our wood-burning fire pit too. Pick fruit from our pear tree and play our new Cornhole game with friends on the lawn.

Parking:
2 Covered parking spaces behind fence on side of house under large double carport with 3 steps up to the back entrance. There's also ample street parking in the front too, leading to a ground level entrance, on wide streets in our safe, quiet neighborhood.
