We chose Old Town Cottonwood because it offers the perfect blend of small-town charm, history, and modern amenities. What started as a place we fell in love with quickly became a community we wanted to share with others.

One of our favorite things about the neighborhood is that guests can park their car and walk to so many great restaurants, coffee shops, wine tasting rooms, breweries, boutiques, and local events. The area has a welcoming, relaxed atmosphere that makes it easy to slow down and enjoy your time away.

Cottonwood is also the perfect home base for exploring Northern Arizona. Within a short drive, you can visit the red rocks of Sedona, historic Jerome, the vineyards of the Verde Valley, scenic hiking trails, and countless outdoor adventures.

What we enjoy most is the sense of community. Whether you're strolling through Old Town, listening to live music, enjoying a local wine tasting, or watching the sunset over the surrounding mountains, Cottonwood has a way of making visitors feel right at home. What makes our property unique is its unbeatable location in the heart of Old Town Cottonwood. You can park your car and walk to some of the area's best restaurants, wine tasting rooms, breweries, shops, and entertainment. One of Cottonwood's favorite local spots, Sedonuts, is right across the street, making it easy to grab coffee, breakfast, or a sweet treat any time of day.

The home itself was completely rebuilt and thoughtfully redesigned. We took everything down to the framework and roof, creating a modern, comfortable space while preserving the character of the property. Every detail was carefully selected to provide guests with a high-quality experience.

Unlike many vacation rentals, each bedroom has its own private bathroom, giving guests extra comfort, privacy, and convenience—whether you're traveling with family, friends, or multiple couples.
