Spacious 4BR house Ronkonkoma, NY. Central AC, WiFi...heated pool, many extras

The house rules were made very clear to this guest about not having parties...and not having more people than are on the reservation. VRBO had me send them a pic or screenshot of all the people that were coming through the front door and therefore she clearly violated the rules with more people there than listed on the reservation. She claims her sister did this at the house while she wasn't there..which was an additional problem....She didn't take responsibility and follow the rules...and unfortunately her stay was canceled.

Unfortunately this renter was not honest as these type of renters say false things sometimes to try and get refunds from Vrbo. I stayed in communication with the renter during the rental and he had not one issue with our place as he communicated with me. Whatever the case was here our property was rented in great condition. A cleaning service was hired and performed 5 hours of cleaning as we always do before rentals of our rather large 4 bedroom property with wonderful amenities. Brand new sheets and linen were put on all 4 beds. Our cleaning service cleaned all windows, and wiped down all surfaces and handles. They disinfected and mopped all floors before this rental. This is done every time we rent, always a day or two before the rental. Our heated in-ground saltwater pool..also was cleaned extensively and prepared for this rental. As you can see in the pictures our kitchen is top notch with white porcelain countertops...and new appliances including our top of the line Samsung refrigerator with digital media on the outside of the fridge equipped with pictures,..the internet, and even Alexa to pull up recipes in an instant. Our 3,000 sq foot property has a wonderful dining room, 30 foot high ceilings in the foyer...and a Theater Room with electric movie seats to watch your favorite movies on an 85-inch Samsung tv. The fire place in the living room has an 82-inch Samsung tv hanging above it as well, and makes the home cozy. Two and a half bathrooms make the home convenient for families, along with the 4 bedrooms in the home . Our property has a very large front porch...decorated with flowers from the season (mums currently) which I personally pick out and put on our porch and all around the half-acre yard. Extensive outdoor amenities like our basketball court, Gazebo area, Fire pit area, swingset, and 38 foot inground- heated salt-water pool make the grounds really rare and enjoyable. The property and pictures speak for themself. There are literally 15 to 20 other families who have stayed at our property over the last year on other platforms and have given wonderful reviews regarding cleanliness, top notch amenities, and have shared how great their experience was staying at our property.
