Enjoyed this place very much. Had issues with one tv and email was never answered from rental company. Also would have liked to use the gym but it wasn’t available to us per our knowledge as we didn’t have the code. Was told it was for Vacasa customers only. Other than that it was a nice stay. Room was great!!

Plenty of room and great views

We loved that each bedroom had an ocean view and balcony. Condo is nice size and we will definitely book this condo again. It could stand a few updates but all in all we were pleased!

Awesome unit in North Myrtle Beach

My family and I had an awesome week at this Bahama Sands unit. The view was incredible and we really liked the layout of the condo. The condo was clean and we really liked the keyless entry. The only negative was that we could only stream on the Living Room TV. I think it was new and wasn’t compatible with cable. Other than that it was a wonderful week.

Good value for the money

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was in a great location, minutes from the beach and overlooking the Ocean. However the units overall condition was tiered and needing updating. There was rust in the dryer which got onto our clothes leaving permanent stains and the master bathroom at the front of the unit had black mold on the ceiling. The master bedroom bed needs replacing as it was like 2 valleys with a mountain in the middle! The downstairs pool area was very disappointing, everything needs updating. However having said all this we would go back as the unit was great value for money!

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo itself was nice but there was no management on site. There were a couple of times I needed to speak to someone but there was no one except the realty company that handled the rental. The Wi-Fi was terrible. It wasn't condo specific but for the entire building and we were on the 11th floor. There were no working ice machines in the entire building. There was only one machine that we could find and it wasn't working. I had a couple of things stolen at the pool and that has never happened at any other place we have stayed. Also, one of the persons maintaining the building-pool area, an older lady was VERY rude to me. Once inside the condo everything was very nice but I probably won't stay there again.

Loved that each bedroom had it's own bath. A few minor maintenance issues we relayed at checkout, but nothing that disrupted our stay. We would definitely stay here again. Great Location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have rented BS 1102 numerous times for three months during the winter. (Jan.-Mar.) Victoria has been the best agent with whom to work at North Beach. The weather this year was ideal. Unusually warm for Jan. and Feb. We had a hot water leak in mid-Feb. which took about 12 days to get replaced, because the owner had to deal with a warranty company that was out of ours and the realtor's control. North Beach provided us with a small 2 BR apartment which was two blocks from the beach, but it was comfortable and extremely clean. We were in walking distance of Main St. which made it easy to order pizza, subs and have ice cream. In January, when we checked in The Bahama Sands apartment was clean, but the furnishing and appliances were still the originals from 2008. All the furnishings & appliances need updating -- especially the mattresses. My husband has a bad back and it was difficult to find a bed that was comfortable and we tried all four of them. We are not planning on renting this unit again. Victoria is looking for a two bedroom unit with the same amenities, but more modern furnishings. The Bahama Sands HOA has difficulty enforcing the "No Smoking" rule. Many times we could not enjoy our balcony because of the stench of cannibus being smoked on someone else's balcony -- but it is difficult to determine from whence it is coming . We have recommended this property to friends who are younger than we are who will not be bothered by the furnishings. We wish them a lovely stay. Again, I highly recommend North Beach Realty, because of their professionalism and way of addressing all issues immediately. We just need a change.

Disgusting Pools/ Hot tubs/ Lazy River!!!

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: All 3 kids got ear infections!!!! We didn't get to use the pools after the 2nd day of our stay. I reported to North Beach Reality; Hotel staff; security guard; management company. All reports fell on deaf ears!!!!!!! The skimmers on all the pools and the hot tubs were TURNED OFF! The big problem is that they chlorinate the pool with skimmer tablets!!!!! Does anyone know where I am going with this?????? The pools were not chlorinated properly!!!!!!!!!! The same chlorine tablet (mostly intact during the last 4 days of our stay) remained undissolved (Will post pictures on Google review). We received nothing but attitude from all involved. No attempt to fix the problem. I was questioned by the security guard as to my "expertise in pool management", when I kept reporting the BUGS; HAIR; SCUM; floating in their pools/ hot tubs/ lazy river. I have 4k video/ pictures of the disgusting filth. No concessions(not even a "sorry bout that", from North Beach Reality-- Just attitude that "they don't have anything to do with the faciltiy/amenities rented/purchased from them." I guess it is not they who all night with were up 3 hurting young children!!!! Second and LAST TIME renting from these guys!!! I am really disappointed about this, partly because I love North Beach Reality's far RIGHT political views!!!!! TRUMP 2024!!!!!!

Great condo with wonderful amenities for everyone

Our family of 8, including 2 small children (3 & 4) stayed very comfortably in this condo. Everyone enjoyed having their own patio and bathroom. Plenty of space to relax and enjoy spending time together. The elevators were quick, so the stay on the 11th floor is great. It being a corner rental gives every room great views! We were on the east side so the sunrise every morning was beautiful and perfect for my budding photographer. We will definitely stay here again. In fact, we are already planning an extended family vacation next year!

Great time!

The rental and the property were acceptable and we enjoyed the visit. The Jellyfish sting was not their problem😂 Only problem I had was kids all over me in the lazy river. Just bad parenting.

Vacation 2022

We really enjoyed staying here. Everything you could need for a week away on vacation was provided. Views were beautiful. The indoor pool was not open so that was the only thing I could even say negative about the stay, it there was an outdoor pool area and hot tubs. Had a great time.

Beach area was overcast but warm, and very little rain, but didn't keep us from the beach (saved $ on sunscreen). Staff were very friendly, maintenance man introduced himself in the elevator. Common areas and pool were always clean and fresh. The only improvement I would make to our unit 1102 would be the addition of a dining table for the balcony. Love to eat outside and the 2 small side tables really weren't convenient for that. Kitchen was adequate, but a blender would have been a nice addition as well. Furnishings were comfortable and beautiful.

Since it was last minute I had a really hard time finding somewhere a month out that would accommodate us. I finally found this place, and we all had a great time .
